Kim was a great help initially offering suggestions of Disney resorts with varied price points. After booking our reservation she was a great help with dining suggestions. She provided great Fast Pass recommendations and even got up at 4:00 am (she happened to be in CA on our day) to book them for us! She was very prompt in returning my calls and was happy to answer all my questions.

Kim was wonderful! Flexible for any meeting time we needed, met with us an extra morning just to answer questions after everything was booked. Gave great advice and we had a terrific trip! I’m already recommending her to friends, family, and neighbors.

This was an amazing trip to Hawaii for a family of 12 over the Christmas Holidays, a very busy time to travel! From grandparents to teens, Kim considered everyone’s needs.

I didn't have to worry about anything and the experience couldn't have been better!

This was our first time traveling to Disney in over 40yrs. Kim was very easy to work with. She provided us with key pointers (live in the Disney App), reserved fantastic restaurants for dinner and guided us through what to do while in Disney. Though she set the bar low for our expectations due to the time of year, crowds, etc., we were able to accomplish everything we set out to do and more during our time there. Again, thankful that she really pushed us to download the Disney app as it was a game changer.

Kim was responsive, helpful and detailed. Kim helped us with everything from park tickets down to the ride to and from the airport.

Kim was absolutely great to work with. We had a group of (11), including grandparents, parents and children. Not only did she answer all our questions she gave us recommendations and tips that were very useful. You can tell from speaking with her she loves her job and is very good at it. She made all the arrangements for our hotel, park attractions, several dinners and transportation to and from the airport. Kim had us very well prepared for all aspects of the trip which went very smoothly and exceeded our expectations.

Kim did a fabulous job arranging everything from the hotel to fast passes. All we had to do was show up, and pay! This was a much easier, and less stressful experience than I expected and have heard of from others. Everything was perfectly planned.
