About Me

Aspen, Colorado is a place that will always hold a special part of my heart. It was the first place I lived and worked after moving to the United States from Panama, and the sense of community I found there is unlike anywhere else. Aspen is where I met lifelong friends—and even my husband, during one of his evening dog walks. This mountain town isn’t just beautiful; it’s warm, welcoming, and built on genuine relationships. That spirit is part of what makes Aspen such an extraordinary destination for luxury vacations, family travel, and romantic mountain getaways.

Your journey begins the moment you fly into Aspen Airport. The approach is dramatic and unforgettable, surrounded by towering 14,000-foot peaks and a sweeping descent through the Roaring Fork Valley. Only specially certified pilots can land here, which adds to the exclusivity and excitement. Once you arrive, the luxury atmosphere is unmistakable—Aspen is one of the rare airports where private jets outnumber commercial flights. Transportation options include private black-car SUVs, hotel shuttles, and even Aspen’s exceptional RFTA bus system, known as one of America’s best rural transit networks. You can reach Aspen or Snowmass for free, or travel to Glenwood Springs for around $10 per person.

Aspen’s accommodations are world-class. From palatial estates perched on Red Mountain and McLain Flats to iconic luxury hotels, the variety is incredible. Guests seeking romance or elegance will love legendary properties like The Little Nell, Hotel Jerome, St. Regis Aspen, and W Aspen. Families enjoy the spacious comfort of The Limelight or The Viceroy in Snowmass Village. Boutique hotels across Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, and Aspen proper offer breathtaking views, elevated service, and exceptional on-site dining—perfect for honeymoons, destination weddings, ski vacations, or multigenerational family trips.

During my time living in Aspen, I worked with a catering company supporting high-end events. I witnessed firsthand the precision and planning required for luxury destination weddings, family reunions, and corporate gatherings—especially during major events like Aspen Food & Wine, the X-Games, and the Aspen Ideas Festival. Aspen Food & Wine, in particular, remains one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had.

And speaking of cuisine, Aspen’s dining scene is outstanding. This walkable town—only about five square blocks—offers exceptional restaurants at every corner. Favorites include Cache Cache, Aqualina, Casa Tua, Matsuhisa, White House Tavern (famous for its iconic chicken sandwich), Ajax Tavern, and, of course, Paradise Bakery for a sweet treat.

Year-round events add to the magic. The 4th of July parade down Main Street is a beloved tradition, and Snowmass’ summer concerts make for perfect family outings. Winter brings the world-famous X-Games, where visitors can watch elite athletes under the lights of the cold January sky.

Of course, skiing is Aspen’s crown jewel. With one lift ticket, you can explore four incredible mountains: beginner-friendly Buttermilk, family-oriented Snowmass, advanced-terrain Aspen Highlands with its legendary Highland Bowl, and expert-level Aspen Mountain (Ajax). Each offers a different experience, making Aspen ideal for couples, families, and seasoned skiers alike.

For scenery, nothing compares to the Maroon Bells—one of the most photographed mountain scenes in America. And if you have access to a car, driving Independence Pass is unforgettable. My most memorable moment was watching a bald eagle soar below me, yet still hundreds of feet above the valley floor.

Aspen shines in every season. Spring and early summer bring lush green landscapes and flowing rivers. Late summer and fall offer crystal-clear waters, golden aspen trees, and vibrant mountain color. Winter transforms the town into a glamorous snow-covered wonderland, complete with holiday lights and New Year’s drone shows and fireworks.

Aspen is more than a destination—it’s a feeling. Whether you're planning a luxury escape, romantic celebration, or memorable family vacation, I’d be honored to help you experience this extraordinary mountain town. Let me handle the details, share local insight, and design a trip that captures the magic of Aspen.

For my first time to Panama I wanted help from someone knowledgeable about the country and Jaury was the perfect fit since she grew up there. She was super responsive to all of my request and if something didn't work for me she would find alternate options. Her advice during my planning process was invaluable and would use her again in a minute. Highly recommend her services.

I found Jaury on the Panama Travel site on Facebook. I was overwhelmed by choices to make for my Panama trip with friends and Jaury was the perfect person to advise me. She even checked in with me during the trip to see how everything was going and followed up when I got home. She was just great and an indispensible resource for me!

The trip that keeps on giving…
Reviewed By Linda - Independence, Mo | Traveled to Kansas City | Missouri | USA
Jaurymeth Wofford helped us plan our annual trip to The Elms Resort in Excelsior Spring, Mo. (Suburb of Kansas City) We originally planned the trip for for 1/23/20026. Durning that time, the weather forecast predicted a sever storm with blizzard conditions and several inches of snow. We asked Jaury to reschedule the trip for the following weekend. Within 20 minutes, it was rescheduled and a new itinerary was sent to our email. Her service was very professional and prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her service again for future trips for friends and family. ?? Linda
Jaurymeth Wofford responded

What happens in Vegas...
Reviewed By Sophia - Denver | Traveled to Las Vegas | Nevada | USA
I’ve been to Vegas plenty of times, but this trip was the first time I let a travel advisor take over—and honestly, I’m so glad I did. I gave Jaurymeth a list of places I didn’t want to stay, and she surprised me with the Bellagio. Great choice. We spent a few days enjoying the Strip, then did a tour of the Hoover Dam, and she even booked a city tour that pointed out all the cool details I’d never noticed before—from the Bellagio fountains to the chandeliers to how massive the Fremont Street “TV” actually is. Even after all my past trips, I was seriously impressed with how much she put together for my family. It almost made Vegas feel brand new.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

What happens in Vegas...

I've been to Vegas several times, but finally decided to let a travel advisor surprise me, within some guidelines. I didn't want to stay anywhere I had stayed before, so I gave Jaurymeth a list of where I didn't want to stay. She ended up deciding on the Bellagio. I spent a few days on the "strip", and then did a tour of the Hoover Dam as well. Jaurymeth also set up a tour of the city, where they drive around, give you details and information about everything ranging fom the Bellagio fountains, to the chandeliers, to the size of the "TV" on Fremont Street. The details provided were remarkable! Even after being to Vegas multiple times, I was impressed with everything she put together for my family and I.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.
