Things were crazy during these times. I totally understand that. I few things were a little bumpy throughout the trip. For the most part things were great. The transportation was a little confusing and messy, I’m not sure where the confusion was but we got it all figured out. Overall good experience with the background noise of Covid. Also, a little on and off confusion with communication between emails and group members. It’s hard when there is not many people in the office either.

We have planned many all inclusive trips, and are pretty knowledgeable about what our must have are, and what we didn't want. When working with Michelle we laid everything out and she found different options that met our needs. She was open and transparent with the pros and cons as well as prices and any thing we needed to do or should know. Traveling during Covid is tricky, but Michelle consistently informed us of changes expectations and how to's. One of the couples had never traveled outside of the US before and she worked with them one on one so that they felt comfortable. Michelle handled every detail, including hotel reservations in Fort Lauderdale prior to the cruise, transfers from hotel to ship terminal, transfers from ship terminal to airport after the cruise and of course, all of the cruise details. As first time cruisers, we needed help almost every step of the way. Michelle responded promptly to all questions, and was very patient. She even gave suggestions for getting Navigator app to work. The trip on Holland America Eurodam was filled with service, great food, wonderful entertainment, comfy beds, and beautifully clean and decorated surroundings. Cruise director Chris presented the Drew Crew with champagne at the end of one of his last presentations, noting the challenge to have 19 adults from one family set aside time to cruise together. She provided information regarding airline prices on different days and dates and resort options to fit our needs/wants in a price range we could afford. She arranged for an overnight stay in the Twin Cities the night before our trip. Michelle was very efficient in getting all of our reservations and flight details. The Allegro resort was very nice and we didn't have too many spring breakers. Sunday was a bit crowded with Mexican families, but after that it wasn't bad. We did find that the resort had a lot of activities for children, it seemed to be more for the family vacationers. The wind was a bit too much most of the week, causing our fishing trip to be a sea sick fishless one. All in all, I believe the new owners are doing a great job repairing, redoing the plants, and making us feel more than welcomed.
