We have been using Hawk Vacations exclusively for several years. Kristie has suggested top-notch locations, itineraries, and accommodations at prices that keep us coming back. She's handled our large and complicated family with grace and ease, booking multiple rooms and juggling complicated name combinations without blinking. We had an issue with a missing hotel reservation during a trip in January 2020, and Kristie immediately jumped into action to resolve the problem quickly and successfully on our behalf. What I love most about Kristie's service, however, is that she always provides options from which we can choose. I never feel like she's pushing a specific property or itinerary; she's truly a travel partner!

Kristie is like our vacation fairy god mother. All we have to do is tell her when and where we want to go and she comes out with the best vacation plan. Kristie is very thorough and thoughtful. We have booked quite a few trips with her and I just say she made each and every trip extra special with her touch. From booking flights to resorts, transportation, even recommending restaurants and going out of the way to even offer to make reservations for us. She is absolutely the best and we are always going to use her for all our future travel needs.

Our trip was overall fantastic! Everything from a planning perspective was flawless---the information provided, the transfer, the check-in process, etc. We really enjoyed the resort. The rooms we had were perfect for what we needed as a family. The pools were awesome and we really liked the little beach, too! The entertainment was good (on par for any resort I've been to). The food was the tricky part. We found it more difficult to get versus other resorts we've been to. The staff was VERY friendly at all times as well. Our excursion was also fantastic.

Just an all out wonderful trip…..clean, service oriented and fun resort. Buffet was fine for that type of setting with a wide variety. Ate out a couple night which were exceptional. And of course Kristie setting everything up for us all was superb.

We had a wonderful time! The trip to the DR was smooth and effortless, thanks to Kristie's attention to detail and tips! Melia Caribe Beach was a beautiful resort. Very clean and the staff was nice. I highly recommend reserving the Level rooms/ accommodations for some perks. It was a very popular week/weekend to be away so there was some challenges with reservations and chairs on the beach, etc., but that was expected from our research. Our kids had the best time and there was so much to keep them occupied and entertained. Overall, a wonderful vacation!
