Tiffany reserved a balcony suite for us and the views were incredible. When the hotel mistakenly charged us for minibar items we didn’t take, she fought the charge on our behalf and had it removed immediately. She treats her clients like family with high end service and true heart

The Saxon Hotel is pure luxury, but Tiffany made it even more special. There was a mix-up with our private airport transfer, and Tiffany solved it instantly, arranging a VIP chauffeur in under ten minutes. She also booked us a powerful guided visit to Mandela’s former home. Tiffany is unmatched.
