We found Barbara through online recommendations. From start to end, Barbara was a consummate professional. Attentive, responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. We wanted a 5-day trip with our adult children. Barbara knocked it out of the park for us. Booked us into a great all-inclusive which met our varying preferences. Also booked our transport from and to the airport in Cancun, which was smooth and easy. We will definitely be working with her again.

Barbara was so much fun to work with! I was new to Disney and cruises, and she took care of everything for me which saved me so much time in researching and trying to coordinate and book my own travel. She helped to set up our Disney App, organized our reservations, always available to take a text, call or email. She showed enthusiasm every step of the way! The biggest THANK YOU was when we last minute switched our plans. Barbara hopped on the phone at 9:30pm with Disney to reorganize our trip days. She always went above and beyond and made the entire experience easy peasy. While in Disney we were comfortable using the app and accessing ALL the things because of all of the helpful tips and tricks that we learned about before hand. All of the slide decks and pre recorded zoom calls was exactly what we needed to be set up for success! Thank you again! We made amazing memories that will last a lifetime!!

Barbara was fantastic! She listened to my hopes and dreams, heard my budget, and made the most of everything for us. She booked everything for us and made it so easy to just go and enjoy the best family trip (my husband and 23 yr old son) ever! Time is precious now that my son is an adult and she made every dream happen. It was beyond stress free! Her recommendations were totally on point and she is the kindest, sweetest, most honest person ever!
