Chean is THE BEST. No literally. My husband and I had to cancel our original honeymoon due to COVID last year and then got pregnant this year. We decided it was a "now or never" situation and reached out to Chean to book a 'babymoon/honeymoon' in my second trimester.
Chean came recommended by a family friend and am I ever glad we found her. From the start Chean was knowledgeable and helped us plan something that fit our time frame/budget/ and pregnancy restrictions.
We had a bit of an emergency before the trip and Chean was so helpful in helping us understand our options and doing the best she could to get us as many options as she could. Working late into the evening and the weekend.

She really is incredible. We had to cancel a cruise due to an injury to my wife's arm. Chean had structured the cancellation insurance to ensure that we got not only a refund of the cost of the cruise, but also the Air Canada cancellation fee. She walked us through the whole cancellation insurance process and was incredibly helpful. We then booked a later cruise, but at the last minute, I substituted a friend in place of my wife (no it wasn't a female friend) and again, she worked her magic to get that all sorted out with the cruise line and we had a wonderful cruise that proceeded without a hitch. There's no one better in this space than Chean!

Chean is the utmost in professionalism. She's amazing and took the extra time needed when my husband got covid a week prior to our trip. She spent countless hours on hold with Royal Caribbean to ensure that we would receive our refund, and made sure all the little details were worked out. 100% she goes above and beyond! We did get our refund thanks entirely to Chean. She makes you feel like you are her only client...that you're her top priority! She rescheduled us from July 2022 to July 2023 and we had a fabulous trip.
