This was our second time booking a family trip with Sam, and she was so kind and detailed. Every email or any questions we had were responded in a timely manner. Sam made planning our first all inclusive vacation so easy. We told her what we were looking for and she took care of everything, the hotel, flights, transportation, outings. Her efforts saved me so much time and made planning feel easy. Her App shared so much useful information for us, and we went to it daily for information on the region, customs, our flights or transport details, it was so helpful. While we were away she checked in on us and was able to help us out with things we needed promptly. My first time using a travel agent and i am so happy and can completely see the value. Sam was amazing to deal with for our New Years group trip! She did a great job coordinating 18 of us, providing different group resort options, booking us private transfers and taking the leg work out of planning & wrangling that many people. Sam made it easy providing resort options based on our likes/dislikes on previous trips in a variety of price ranges. She provided useful travel information and check-ins throughout the trip to make sure everything went smoothly and her help was extra appreciated when the start of our trip got delayed a day. She helped talk to Westjet for us to make the best out of the situation and filled our compensation claim forms for us!
