I cannot sing your praises enough! We scheduled this trip in less than 1 month! Crazy, I know! You took on the challenge of getting 7 of us to Disney! Everything you planned was seamless from booking our amazing Cars suite close together, to the pick up and drop off of the stroller for our youngest with special needs, park tickets, setting up our memory maker, scheduling airport pick up and drop off, Disney tips, etc. You were amazing! Thank you so much for making my last minute Disney dreams a reality!!

Our first Disney trip was incredible! We had the most magical time. The resort was absolutely beautiful and Hollywood Studios ended up being our favorite park - such an amazing experience! From start to finish, every detail was perfect. We made memories that we'll cherish forever - all thanks to you. We truly appreciate all the time and care you put into making the trip unforgettable!

It was a great trip for how short it was. We accomplished all we set out for which was some time on the beach, pool, and soaking up some sun while enjoying some cocktails. I joined in some fun water exercise one day and the pool entertainment was fun. The drink selection was good. We spent some time in the casino one night and it was enjoyable. The sports bar was a nice cool low key hangout and the coffee shop was something we also enjoyed. Thanks again for your assistance with this!

The resort & room were great!! Very clean and mostly friendly staff. The beach was to die for and the staff would bring out the chairs/umbrellas for us! So nice! Food was great in comparison to other locations! The drinks in room and the refills daily were super nice too. Anyone going to that resort needs to download the hotel app that way they can reserve dinner and see what activities are happening! I'd 1000% go back to that resort!

From start to finish, the trip was absolutely perfect. Your recommendations, planning, and incredible attention to detail made everything feel so easy, and so special. We had the best time! The biggest surprise? Art of Animation upgraded our room! Total magic! The resort was amazing, and every detail throughout the week- from park plans to dining to transportation, was flawless. We were able to just relax and enjoy every moment (and, yes, eat more Mickey-shaped snacks than we care to admit!). You sprinkled pixie dust over every part of this trip, and it showed. We’re already dreaming about our next adventure; thinking next year, maybe during a cooler month like fall? We’d love to start planning early so we can keep the magic going. She was and is a fantastic travel agent. Highly recommend her. She helps take the stress off making plans for a relaxing vacation/ adventure. She helped with finding the best deals in airlines, theme park and rental cars.

Lauren helped ease my mind and made my trip a breeze. This was our family's first time on a plane and to Disney so i stressed to her that I had a lot of anxiety about the trip. Lauren helped us plan an amazing trip. She started with asking the area we wanted to visit and what goals we had for our trip. She researched the area and gave us options we never would have discovered on our own. We always had 3 or more opportunities to choose from with varying costs to stay within budget. In the end, we chose 4 resorts/hotels and several excursions as we made our way through 3 states. We can't wait to plan our next trip with her!

Planning a vacation can take an emotional toll on you. From trying to find flights, the right resort, and the right price. Ms. Lauren was there from beginning to the end ensure our vacation planning went stress free. When we contacted her on planning our vacation, we were unsure on how this process would go. We have never had someone help us plan. Lauren first found us the room that was right for us. She stayed checking pricing everyday and got us our room upgraded, and 100 dollars cheaper than the rest of my family. We went on vacation for my Father’s Wedding, so there were a lot of us. I can tell everyone was a little jealous of our room. So, when I started to realize Lauren was a master of her craft was when she text me at 5am making sure I checked into my flight as early as I could ensuring i got the best seats. Who does that?!?! AMAZING!!! She text me the day I was leaving making sure we did not need anything else. She also text us asking if we made it to our destination ok. When we got to the resort, it was beyond paradise. The room Lauren upgraded us to had a bottle of champagne waiting on the table for us. I can tell you that none of my other family members had that. The day we departed, Lauren let us know our flight was delayed. Man she was on it! I was in paradise so I wasn’t looking at that at all. Lauren had our back and let us know what was going on. This helped us to plan accordingly. Once we got home from our trip, Lauren messaged us asking if we made it back ok. She did not need to do that. But she did!!! That is just Grade A service. I can tell you that moving forward, any vacation I ever go on the rest of my life, Lauren will be planning! We will be letting other know about the service we received on our trip. Simply amazing! Thank you Lauren for making our vacation a memorable experience. We look forward to work with you again very soon!
