From the initial contact with you to boarding our ship, Business Class Travel was invaluable in navigating our entire trip. I am not sure we could have done it without you, especially since this was really our first cruise and Alaska is a unique journey. You were knowledgeable of the ships that sail Alaska and how a smaller ship is best to navigate the Inner Passage, Glacier Bay, and College Fjord. You were always available and went into great detail about the pluses and minuses of options like Princess Plus and Premier. You gave us a heads up about dinner reservations, shore excursions, and other matters. You even gave us helpful input and found savings on our pre-cruise itinerary to Whistler, BC and post-cruise trip to Seward, AK, both of which I highly recommend. In summary, Business Class Travel went well beyond what I would expect of a good travel agent. Alaska was a great adventure and we were lucky to have very good weather almost all of the time, especially considering where we were. We were amazed at how well Princess handled the movement of people, which is not easy with a cruise tour. Our cabin on the ship was nice and the Princess employees were all very friendly. We did have an issue with our luggage from ship to the Denali Princess Lodge, but Princess eventually fixed the problem. We selected the Concierge Tour option for the land portion of our Cruise tour and our tour guide/concierge was very helpful and brought the group of 30 travelers together. The Princess Concierge Service is great.
