My name is Kristin Bond, I am the owner and founder of Bond Voyage Travel, an agency built on experience, collaboration, and elevated client care.

My travel career began in 2008 and has spanned student travel, retail agency travel, and independent contracting—each step shaping the advisor and leader I am today.

While I’ve always enjoyed designing personalized travel experiences, I eventually discovered that my true passion lies in mentoring and supporting fellow travel advisors. That passion led me to launch Bond Voyage Travel in 2023, with a vision of creating a boutique agency where advisors are supported, educated, and empowered to build successful, sustainable businesses while delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Today, my primary focus is leading and supporting the Bond Voyage Travel team. I personally take on a limited number of new clients who are interested in planning travel with my preferred partners, including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Virgin Voyages, and Sandals/Beaches or Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts.

This focused approach allows me to offer expert-level guidance and a highly personalized planning experience. For travel requests outside of my personal specialties, I take great pride in matching clients with the most suitable advisor on our multi-faceted and highly skilled team, ensuring every traveller is supported by the right expert for their unique needs.

Whether I’m mentoring advisors or curating travel experiences, my goal is always the same: to build strong relationships, provide thoughtful guidance, and help both clients and agents move forward with confidence.
