We had been planning a trip to Mexico for my 40th birthday, and Caroline was incredible in helping us plan and took such good care of us. There were 8 of us who booked with her, and one of our members had mobility issues and we had two severe food allergies in our group. Caroline took care of EVERYTHING, she dealt with the airlines, the transfers, the resort and my hundreds of messages, emails and requests. We had used a different agent in the past and had a tramumatic experience while on vacation so I was a little anxious to go down south again, and Caroline was available, reassuring, and beyond helpful.
