My path into travel advising began in the most personal way—by coordinating accessible travel for my late husband, a C3–4 quadriplegic, for more than 15 years. From cruises to all-inclusive resorts, I learned firsthand the challenges mobility-challenged travelers face, and more importantly, the solutions that make travel not only possible, but joyful. That experience gave me a depth of accessibility insight that few advisors can claim. I’ve been there, I’ve done that, and I understand what it takes to make every journey seamless.Over time, I extended that expertise to friends and family, planning stress-free trips for travelers with diverse needs. Today, I bring that same dedication to every client—whether you’re navigating mobility challenges, traveling with a loved one who needs extra support, or simply looking for a well-organized, thoughtfully designed vacation. My goal is always the same: to make travel feel easy, empowering, and magical.

Who I Serve
I work with travelers of all kinds, because everyone deserves a memorable, well-planned getaway. I especially love supporting mobility-challenged travelers, wheelchair users, scooter users, caregivers, and multigenerational families—groups who are often overlooked or underserved in the travel industry. How I Work
My planning style is collaborative, organized, and grounded in empathy. I start by understanding your comfort preferences, mobility needs (if applicable), and travel goals. From there, I research accessibility features, verify room layouts, coordinate with vendors, and confirm transportation logistics long before you pack your bags. Clients appreciate my clear communication, structured itineraries, and proactive problem-solving that keeps surprises to a minimum. You’ll always know what to expect, and you’ll never feel like you’re navigating the process alone.

What I Book
I design a wide range of travel experiences, with a special emphasis on cruises—one of the most accessible and enjoyable ways to explore the world. I also book all-inclusive resorts, theme parks, national parks, scenic rail, and custom itineraries tailored to your interests. Unlike some advisors, I also book air travel, ensuring your entire journey—from home to destination and back again—is coordinated with care. I can assist with accessible transfers, mobility equipment rentals, and vendor communication to make every step of your trip smooth.

My Mission
Serving the disability and mobility-challenged community is deeply personal to me. Too often, travelers with disabilities are overlooked, underestimated, or told that certain destinations “aren’t possible.” I believe the opposite: with the right planning, the world opens up. My mission is to make travel feel possible again—to remove barriers, reduce stress, and create experiences that honor each traveler’s dignity, comfort, and sense of adventure.Because accessibility advocacy matters, I donate a portion of every commission to nonprofit organizations such as the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, United Spinal Association, Easter Seals, and Disabled Veterans groups. Every trip booked through Lucchesi Travel contributes to a broader mission of inclusion and support.
