Great help the our family's ski vacation

Our family traveled with friends and for our first ski trip in March; we had chosen Breckenridge after talking with many people and began researching. We found several locations that may work for us yet we needed help as we had many questions and began to feel a bit overwhelmed. We happily spoke with Shana and chose One Ski Hill Place once we learned it is at the Base of Peak 8, next to ski school, the rental shop and a variety of runs. We also loved that we could just be at One Ski Hill and not need to leave after skiing as we kept the kids busy with the bowling lanes, a movie room and a great pool and hot tubs. Thankfully Shana also reviewed details about ski school for the kids, assisting us to make the best choice -- the private lessons for the six kids together were ideal. She lined up our Epic 3-day Passes and shuttle transportation from DIA. We appreciated Shana continuing to assist us after we reserved our vacation when we had questions or needed to make changes.

Excellent Jackson Hole Ski Resort recommendaitons

We took a ski trip to Jackson Hole Ski Resort in Wyoming. We wanted to be directly at the base of those challenging slopes yet needed advice. We chose the Snake River Lodge & Spa after we talked with Shana who reviewed several locations; we appreciated her knowledge. Its amenities were just as she described and fit us perfectly; the hot tubs and dining were key. We only planned to be in Teton Village yet decided to stop in Jackson Hole after she shared a few aspects of town that she enjoyed herself during a ski trip she took to the ski resort. Excellent family vacation in Vail!

Our family enjoyed our first visit to Vail in July. We spoke with Shana from Rock Resorts Reservations; she reviewed the two excellent Rock Resorts properties as we were unsure which would fit our family the best. We chose the Arrabelle after she described the specific 'vibe', amenities, and nearby activities. Excellent Sant Fe NM trip

Shana set up a weekend trip to Santa Fe NM in February. Timing was great for the weather as it was starting too warm but tourists not to prevalent. Toured a statue casting works outside of Santa Fe, and watched bronze smelting and casting of various statues that the artist was building, about two hours. Visited four or five art museums of local artists of contemporary and modern art, a gallery of Disney cell frames. We were directed to restaurants that were within our budget and interests for dining tastes. Our lodging at LaPosada was very unique and an experience in itself and within walking distance so wasting time parking was not a problem. All in all a very fun and memorable weekend. DKW

Five-star service for a five-star Aspen experience!

We love staying in Aspen as we ski the local resorts; we visited Aspen for the first time during the Summer when we attended the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival. As the Fest is in Snowmass we were unsure where to stay as we considered times of performances yet still wanted easy access to downtown Aspen. We called Rock Resorts Reservations and spoke with Shana; she asked great questions and learned of our location concerns as well as wanting to check out a new-to-us four- and five-star accommodations that were new to us. Her recommendation was Hotel Jerome. We loved this hotel with it's personality! We had five-star service on-site beginning with the smiling valet as we pulled up to the door. Shana arranged our Fest tickets, shuttle service from the Aspen Airport and recommended dining for a 'lighter' late night dinner. We'd always been fast asleep later in the eve after we skied in the Winter! She shared her own experiences at the Fest, staying at Hotel Jerome and shared hints about great breakfast options. We had an amazing visit that exceeded our expectations with Shana's assistance; thank you!

We discussed our ideal lodging options as I originally planned to reserve a hotel room yet she also shared information about condos; I learned about the free in-resort shuttles, swimming pools, and the location of both base areas. I was very happy with the four-star condo she recommended. Shana also arranged our ideal Epic passes and answered all my questions about kids ski free; I was happy that one of our kids still qualified! She also organized our private ski school, rental equipment and EME airport shuttles. Shana shared very helpful information about ice skating, night skiing and activities when we weren't skiing. Keytone Wedding

We traveled to Keystone for a family wedding with a specially-arranged package for wedding guests that Shana reserved. She lined up our condo and added flights, a car rental and golf. We stayed a few days after the wedding; she arranged for us to stay in the same condo and with a special discount. Shana answered all our questions about family activities as she is a local. Colorado Golf Vacation

Shana booked a reservation for our four-person, four-day golf vacation that included four hotel rooms, flights from Florida, Illinois and Kansas. She reserved a SUV rental from DIA, tee times at three courses and recommended a fourth course nearby. All aspects of our reservation were accurate and smooth. Her suggestions on local restaurants to dine and adding on a massage at the Lodge & Spa in Keystone were great, too. We will be in contact with Shana for next year's golf vacation.

Delayed family ski vacation, stress-free!

Shana reserved a Breckenridge ski vacation for our family. We were delayed after a blizzard shut down I-70 as we flew in. She recommended a hotel near DIA for the first night and rebooked the EME shuttle for the next day. She spoke with our condo front desk to modify our reservation and let them know we'd arrive a day late. She changed our four-day lift tickets and rentals to three days and arranged a refund for the one day of lift tickets and rentals we couldn't use. She worked with ski school to change the day of our lessons.
Shana gave us directions on how to contact Travel Guard, the insurance we chose to purchase with our package; they assisted us with a refund for the first night of the condo.
Shana took so much stress off of us as she knew how to handle our delays; she effectively made the changes and explained the steps we needed to take. We could not have done it without her! We will contact her the next time we travel anywhere and tell others about her. Thank you!!

Special couple's weekend in Santa Fe

My wife and I had the rare opportunity to take a long weekend and get out of town and with Shana's help we decided on a two-day, three-night stay at La Posada De Santa Fe. What a wonderfully relaxing and quiet place on the edge of Old Town Santa Fe. The ability to walk around on the private 6 acre walled-in property when we just wanted to relax, but just a few minutes walk to art galleries, restaurants and historical sites, was just what we were looking for; peace and quiet when we wanted it while still being outside and having easy access to interesting and fun downtown life. The staff was wonderful and the feel of the place was so warm and welcoming. The upside to it all was that the place accepted well-behaved dogs so we were able to bring our old dog with us! Special Jamaican honeymoon

We took our honeymoon to Jamaica with Shana's help. We weren't sure where to start and she reviewed several Caribbean resorts with us. She understood that we wanted an all-inclusive package and didn't want to think about any more travel plans once this trip was arranged. We stayed at the HalfMoon Bay; it was just as she described with a variety of excellent food, a spa, two great golf courses, a private beach, and special resort-only activities that we could yet didn't need to do. We loved that she had stayed there and shared her personal experiences! She also reserved our round-trip flights and shuttle from the airport.

Great family visit to Sedona!

Shana arranged our family vacation to Sedona, AZ for eight adults and our six grandkids over the Christmas holidays. We live in Mesa during the winter yet had never been up to Sedona. She reserved flights from three different airports and compared the prices and times; Shana also set-up two vehicle rentals. She made sure we verified with each of our families when the kids were in and out of school for the holidays. She reserved an excellent, spacious house where we could walk out the back door to a beautiful, quiet spot that was safe for the kids and was also still next to town.
