I’ve been arranging travel for over 28 years, though my journey as a professional travel consultant officially began in June 2025. What started as a passion for planning meaningful experiences for colleagues and friends has grown into Timeless Travels with Sandy, LLC an affiliate of New Horizons Travel, where I craft soulful, seamless journeys designed to educate, inspire, and rejuvenate.

Travel should feel both soulful and educational—the kind of travel that lingers with you long after you’ve returned home. It’s not just about where you go, but how you feel while you’re there. Whether it’s exploring the rugged Highlands of Scotland, strolling through centuries of art and culture in France and Italy, or immersing yourself in the quiet grace of Japan’s temples and gardens, my goal is to design trips that connect travelers to the heart and history of each destination.

My specialties include Scotland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Japan, and North America, with a particular focus on small-group travel, over-50 travel, and culturally immersive experiences. I love working with couples, solo travelers, families, and mature adventurers who value authentic experiences, local connections, and well-balanced itineraries that blend exploration with moments of rest and reflection.

Travel for me has always been personal. Scotland captured my heart as I walked in the footsteps of my ancestors through ancient castles and mist-covered glens. In the Netherlands, visiting Kamp Amersfoort was a moving and humbling experience I’ll never forget. Standing before the Cologne Cathedral in Germany left me in awe of its history and craftsmanship. And in Bruges, Belgium, I was brought to tears when I stood before Michelangelo’s Madonna of Bruges in the Church of Our Lady—knowing, after watching The Monuments Men, that her survival was a miracle of humanity’s dedication to art and preservation.

I bring that same depth of appreciation into my travel planning.
