Helen was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to ensure that we had a memorable vacation and put together an itinerary that checked off all of our boxes. The accommodations she arranged were very nice, clean and comfortable. Helen was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns that arose (such as Westjet Strike etc) no matter how small. Thank you for making this the vacation of a lifetime Helen. I previously completed this survey however afterwards noted that I only rated Helen’s service as a 4 star and meant to rate it a 5 star so am redoing it to properly reflect the level of service she provided.

Great trip, Great Travel Advisor

Helen was fantastic to work with. She provided us with options and recommendations of which options she thought would work best (and she was spot on with all of it) and then booked them for us with absolutely no problems (everything was exactly how they where described). Helen also kept in communication and made sure we dis not miss out on things as we where deciding (let us know if things what things to where time sensitive). She was also amazing at finding a couple of tours we wanted to do and accidentally forgot to tell her about earlier and fit them perfectly into our schedule. We had a fairly complicated trip (location wise ) as we flew into London for a week, went to Paris for a few days and then back to Bath (UK) to finish out the trip. Helen arranged the transportation and accommodations for the trip as well as the tours and it all went very smooth so thank you for that. I would recommend Helen to anyone and will definitely use her for any future trips.

Magical Scotland

It was our first trip overseas, going for three weeks, we were only six weeks out and I was completely overwhelmed. I found Helen while searching online. Her fee is minimal, especially for the service she provides. Her choices she presented were excellent, she booked all of our accommodations, tours and even our train tickets (small additional fee). During our trip, we encountered no issues at all. I had a question of two for Helen along the way and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend Helen as an agent. 25th Anniversary trip to Italy & Greece

When we started our trip planning, we met with Helen in person to share with her our travel style and preferences. From that point forward, Helen began to patiently and methodically guide us through the planning and booking of our itinerary, providing us with insightful recommendations and options for transportation and accommodations for each leg of our trip. The result was a realization of a dream! The entire trip exceeded our expectations. Helen checked in on us several times during the trip and even communicated with our host in Greece to discuss the impact of heavy winds on our ferry crossing in order to make adjustments to make sure we made our flights connections for a smooth return. The Perfect Tour of Italy

Helen curated the perfect tour of Italy for us. We were planning a long overdue honeymoon and wanted to see so many places in Italy - we didn’t know where to start! Helen is an expert and guided us through every part of the planning process. From suggestions on locations, to booking accommodations, to booking trains (no easy feat for the novice), she took care of it all. Her suggestions and tips made the trip completely seamless and stress free. Her amazing service didn’t stop when the planning was done, though. We had a tour cancel the day before it was supposed to happen while we were in Italy. In the middle of the night (her time), she found us a new tour less than 24 hours before it was to happen! Amazing first experience vacation in Europe

We had a wonderful time exploring two cities in Spain, the Island of Mallorca and Avignon France. Being first timers to travelling Europe Helen helped from planning the trip to logistics and questions during our trip. We travelled by planes, trains and automobiles. She was so helpful and patient with us as we probably asked questions that may have been considered simple.
Even when she had to leave to go across seas herself to attend to important family matters she was available to assist. For instance, one day prior to us leaving for our trip we decided to extend our vacation by 5 days. She was on it asap revamped our return flights and kept us up to date on extra costs etc.
Her suggestion to visit Avignon France was very much appreciated. We absolutely lovely.

We are so grateful to have worked with Helen! We were worried about planning a family trip to Italy and France with two kids, without our having much international travel experience. Thankfully we found Helen, and her exceptional wisdom, planning and support made it the most seamless and magical trip.
All of her recommendations were excellent. She was on top of everything (when we didn't even know what to ask for!), and reached out to us in the months ahead of our trip when it was the right time to book our cars, train tickets, etc. She was spot on with all of her knowledge, timing and tips. My family had the most amazing time in the UK this past August and a large part of that was due to the advice and expertise of Helen.
