Kasey took care of every single detail, even when we had flight issues due to weather. She was always available and always on top of things. This was my first time using a travel agent, and the difference is pretty remarkable. Kasey planned 2 amazing vacations for my company that I got to be apart of. Both times she was so helpful answering my million questions, from what prescriptions were allowed in the country we were going to, to coordinating our flights, excursions, private transport to the hotel and back. She even helped me figure out the most cost effective option for getting to the airport. Any questions I had she answered quickly and truly went above and beyond when any issues arose. On our 2nd trip our flight was canceled at the last 2nd and we ended up stuck in Jamaica a whole extra night. She was literally on her own vacation and still was quick to respond and help. Our 3rd vacation we go on as a family to Disney World in June and she made literal magic happen for my family of 6. I did not think it was possible for our budget and she not only got us on the resort but included meals and made it all so affordable. I could not recommend her enough! Will be using her for any and all travel for the rest of my life!!

I have used Kasey to book several hotel stays including a mother/daughter trip to Mall of America, Minnesota and family trip to Indianapolis. She listens to what you are looking for but does a great job with other suggestions. She does such a fantastic job checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. I feel very at ease knowing if I need ANYTHING she is just a phone call or text away. She truly does take the worry out of traveling!

Kasey was so great to work with, I have used her for multiple trips now! She was there from the very beginning stages of planning our dream honeymoon. I told her what we were looking for and what our budget was. She was able to find so many options that fit our needs and within our budget. She presented all the options with very thorough details and explained the differences between them. She checked multiple airlines to look for the cheapest flight along with a direct flight. On the travel day she checked in to make sure our flights were on time. Once we arrived at the hotel she made sure our accommodations were correct. She even gave us some tips based off her own experience with traveling to make our trip smoother. She was available at all times to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip from start to finish. She made planning our honeymoon stress free and we were able to enjoy every bit of it.

This was the most unique trip I have ever been on. I had the most wholesome time and Kasey did a phenomenal job planning and making sure everything was perfect.
