Travel has always been more than destinations for me. It's been my greatest teacher.

For over a decade, I built my career in luxury hospitality leadership at Hilton, mastering the art of flawless guest experiences and understanding what truly distinguishes exceptional service from the merely adequate. Those years taught me that the difference between a good trip and a transformative one often comes down to details most travelers never see: the timing, the thoughtful touches, the seamless flow that allows you to simply be present.

My education as a traveler began long before my hospitality career. I've been fortunate to call multiple places home. Living in Singapore immersed me in Asia's extraordinary blend of tradition and sophistication, while my time in Hawaii deepened my appreciation for how place and pace shape our wellbeing. I've explored the quiet villages of Tuscany, wandered through Japan's cultural heartland, and watched the sun set over Bali's rice terraces. Each journey shaped my understanding of what travel can offer when approached with intention.

Italy holds a special place in my heart. The Italian relationship with food, beauty, and slow living speaks to how I believe we should all experience the world. From Venice to the Amalfi Coast, Italy teaches that luxury isn't about excess. It's about savoring.

I launched Sereni Journeys because I saw a gap in the travel landscape. Too many "luxury" experiences were beautifully staged but emotionally hollow. I knew there was a better way.Today, Sereni Journeys offers three distinct pathways: curated vacation packages across Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond; custom itineraries built from scratch around your interests and pace; and thoughtfully designed cruise experiences from river voyages through Europe to ocean adventures worldwide.
