Before we begin planning your itinerary, I will take the time to discuss your wishes and desires for your future trip and to also listen carefully to what you're looking for in a journey. I will then work to match your travel style to the trip that is best suited for your needs.
For example, if you love to travel on your own, I'll customize a self-drive package for you. But if on the other hand, you prefer to travel with a group, I'll search for the right tour for your needs -- perhaps, a river cruise that will allow you to drift by amazing European landmarks and through quaint villages.

I am also a Cook Islands Specialist. I love this amazing destination and recommend it for anyone searching for the ideal deserted beach holiday. I highly recommend it, especially for honeymooners who are seeking a romantic background for those first special days together as a couple.
Another area in which I specialize is large group travel. How big are we talking about? Well, the largest group I've booked for included 600 students who were traveling to Washington, DC for a human rights program.

Natalie is hands down the best travel agent we have ever encountered. She has helped us on multiple trips, and most recently helped us with a trip we had booked that we had to cancel due to the pandemic. Natalie kept in constant communication with us and fought tirelessly to get us our money back. The amount of time and care she puts in to each and every booking is remarkable. Although we used to book our trips ourselves online--our last 2 vacations to Europe encountered fairly substantial issues. Natalie was a joy to work with! I was planning an extensive trip to Perth and Sydney in Australia, Singapore, Vietnam and Cambodia, Bali, Indonesia, back to Perth and then back home to Canada. Natalie booked all hotels, flights, tours where required, and a lot of activities which must have been quite difficult to coordinate, including a Halong Bay (Vietnam) cruise, Mekong River cruise (Phnom Penh to Saigon), and a meditation retreat in Bali, Indonesia. Natalie planned everything for us — from flights and accommodations to transportation and restaurant recommendations. Our itinerary covered Rome, Florence, Venice, Sorrento, and Switzerland, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. Natalie was extremely helpful and responsive. We booked a last minute trip to Scotland and wanted to find a tour and accommodations while we were away. Natalie provided many options and recommendations and helped us book something very quickly before all spots were filled on the available tours. Peru trip, April 2025

Natalie, worked with myself and friends from University to put together an amazing trip to Peru this April. The Kensington people (or local contacts) that met us in Peru and our guides were all exceptionally professional and friendly.
Before we left, Natalie was a huge help to me personally, answering my questions, responding quickly to any concerns I had and providing me with information and assurances about our trip. I feel like the other folks on our trip would agree with me. One incident in particular stands out to me, the original plan was for us to attend a wedding in Lima, then tour Peru for 10-12 days. Natalie was having some difficulty booking some rooms due to the Easter holidays in Peru, leaving some hotels iffy on guaranteeing rooms. I casually suggested to Natalie, that we could probably book our tour before the wedding rather than after, as we were all retired and were likely adaptable to touring before the wedding. Although we have lived, worked and travelled on three continents this is the first time we booked a trip with a travel company and used an agent here in Canada.
Natalie was excellent from start to finish. A magical family vacation!

Natalie made our family vacation dream come true - we just went on a Disney cruise and she took care of everything so we could fully enjoy it and not worry about the many details. Natalie was so easy to book with! I called her cyber Monday after looking for weeks by myself. We haven’t done an all inclusive with my kids and wanted a recommendation for a safe place. She made it so easy to book and we didn't have to think about a thing! Adventures in Italy

Natalie is very efficient, friendly and a true professional. Although we only gave her 5 weeks to plan a 3 week trip to Italy, it progressed without a hitch.
She had us visiting 7 locations - Rome, Tuscany, Florence, Cinque Terre, Venice, Lake Como and Milan. She was very detailed with all the planning. My Dream Vacation to Italy!

Natalie is hands down the best travel agent we have worked with. She is very prompt, reliable, and has so much valuable travel information to share. I was able to avoid hours of endless scrolling and comparing things by contacting Natalie for help. Within days she had flight options, hotel options, and suggested tours and activities for our dream vacation to Italy and visiting 3 cities. She made great suggestions on locations and helped us tailor this trip to our needs. We wanted to change our flight coming home to leave later - no problem! Natalie Schillberg did a fantastic job with helping us book our honeymoon! We gave her a rough itinerary of where we wanted to go and for how long as well as areas/neighborhoods in each of the cities we visited before and after our cruise and she gave us a variety of hotel options for each destination and outlined for us what each included (breakfast, airport Transfer, etc) so we knew exactly what we were getting for our money! Natalie was instrumental in creating a memorable holiday for my family! We had young kids, grandparents, new travelers, and seasoned ones. No one could decide where to go, or what type of resort would suit everyone.

Ms. Schillberg provided us with several destination recommendations based on our requirements and preferences. She informed us when conditions and requirements were changing as far as the CoVid-19 pandemic was concerned, such as documents required and airline incentives. She helped us with travel, health insurance and pandemic insurance, keeping us updated as regulations and restrictions changed. She was diligent in going through our documentation and caught errors that we missed. I sent her several questions because I was confused. I have worked with Natalie for several years and with others in her agency before that. I prefer to work with an agent in the event of problems. When there are problems they become her problems not my problems. This is important when flights are cancelled or missed. We were in Hawaii when the 737 Max planes were grounded. Natalie got us home. Our travel companions had made their own arrangements and they spent some time trying to sort out their return flights.

Natalie has always given us excellent recommendations, whether it’s picking a hotel in a place that’s new to us , securing a rental car , making flight arrangements with the least amount of layover time or helping us choose the best all-inclusive resort for us first-timers . Europe at its best

Natalie is an excellent advisor. I have recommended her to a number of people and I will continue to recommend her to others.
She has a wealth of knowledge and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out and in a timely fashion. Also, she is very patient with my numerous requests for changes.
She has done a number of wonderful vacations for us. Most memorable revolved around a bike and barge on the Danube River and included Munich, Prague and Poland.
An excellent trip that we will remember for a lifetime.

I was referred to Natalie a couple of years ago and have not been disappointed since I switched. We travel fairly often (2-3 trips a year) and Natalie has helped arrange all of these trips. These have included trips off the beaten path (Bali, Thailand, Vietnam), Europe (Ireland, Ukraine, Bosnia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Ireland, Italy,etc) as well as all inclusives (Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic). I am probably missing a few places... It doesn't matter where you are planning on booking, Natalie will always do the digging for you in regards to the best flights as well as the best accomodations. If she hasn't been somewhere, she has been able to speak to other travelers about where to go, what to do, etc. This goes for both independent travel as well as coach travel. Natalie is always reliable and prompt in her responses. She provides me with ease of mind when travelling as I know that if there is ever a problem that she will go out of her way to resolve it.
