Beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools were connected, the rooms were spacious, beautiful, and well kept. My sheets were turned down each night when I came back to my room, curtains closed. So special to be so cared for. Everyone that worked there was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. Everyday I could walk the beach and enjoy the sound of the water and the beauty all around.
Carrie had been there before so she could answer all my questions about the trip. Carrie made arrangements for our travel from the airport and for our return to the airport. My husband and I wanted to go on a family vacation with our two college-aged sons, ages 23 & 21. Carrie helped plan our first trip to Costa Rica and it was amazing! Carrie set up our transportation to and from the hotel- it was so convenient and hassle-free. She provided a list of excursions to choose from ahead of time. We went whitewater rafting, ziplining, 4-wheeling, visited the active Arenal volcano, went to the rainforest with hanging bridges and relaxed in the natural hot springs. We also had fun relaxed by the pool, swam in the ocean, had massages and enjoyed the 90° sunny weather. We fed monkeys at the monkey bar, swam to and under a waterfall and enjoyed the friendly, relaxed vibe of Costa Rica. What a spectacular destination! Pura vida!

We arrived in the DR and literally the next morning the USA had went into full lockdown for COVID. Everyone was trying to get home. I called Carrie and she said she was monitoring the situation and would keep me abreast of any and all mandates coming from the US. Told me to try and go enjoy my time and she’d take care of everything for us. All week Carrie kept us updated and helped us to remain calm and actually enjoy our trip as much as we could. Kept up to date on our flight home and ensured us we were good to go. Never been so happy to have a travel agent being in charge as I was that trip. We now use Carrie for all our trips be they in the US and just last month a dream trip to Italy.

Carrie was absolutely fantastic! She negotiated a fabulous rate for us, including getting the resort fee waived and a resort credit towards our bill. The resort she recommended was one of the nicest places I have stayed in and was an absolutely incredible experience. I will go through Carrie before I would book anywhere online now. Our friends went through an online website to book the same trip and had a rude awakening when they had to pay the resort fee at the end of the trip!

Everytime Carrie has set something up for us it was an excellent experience! Carrie is Awesome!

This is the first vacation we have booked with Carrie. She met us at our son's house to plan our dream trip to Disney - staying on the Disney property. Carrie gave us all the tips on booking a great Disney Vacation. (magic bands, food plan, photo plan - loved these options - booking the meals early and using the fast passes). We traveled with 6 people (2 children) - 2 rooms. We requested rooms close and they were right next to each other and very close to the restaurant and pools.

Any questions that we had between booking and going on our vacation were handled very quickly and professionally by Carrie.
