This trip was a cruise to Alaska on Norwegian Cruise Lines and it was a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Alaska is beautiful and we had an amazintg time. Several years ago we were traveling to Mexico and had to switch plans last-minute, due to winter weather, and she handled all the details and everything went very smoothly. We would never go anywhere else for our travel needs!

This is our second trip Stacy helped us with. We popped in her office without an appointment and she helped us without hesitation! We are so thankful she recommended Club Mobay otherwise we would have been a little lost at the airport. She also got us a list of activities at the resort we were staying at so we could plan our week ahead of time. That was very helpful! She recommended booking a resort in Negril for the beaches and that the time spent on the bus ride to the resort would be worth it. AND IT DEFINITELY WAS

She was very professional and responsive. Only issue was that our frequent flyer information was not used so I had to call Delta to get credit for the trip, thankfully I had saved our boarding passes so the information was easily retrieved. On all of the flights our seats were in the very back of the plane while our friends were much closer to the front, like row 21 versus row 48. I'm assuming this is due to the missing frequent flyer info.

40th Anniversary Trip, Incredible Vacation

This is the second trip we have planned through Stacy. The first was Disney World and now the Alaska Cruise with Inland journey, She is so very pleasant and is a joy to work with. From the first meeting throughout the whole trip everything is planned with no issues ever. This has taken all the stress out of planning trips. This trip had many aspects from air travel, cruise, food and beverage packages, hotels and additional lodgings for the inland trips, trains, and so many more things. Thank you Stacy, for assisting us with our trip to Key West! Everything was great. The Southernmost Resort was everything we hoped it would be and we really enjoyed the swimming pools. We went on an ocean boat tour and saw dolphins and Olivia got to snorkel! We also toured Hemmingway's House and met the 6-towed cats! We did a lot of sight-seeing and city tours and enjoyed the many places together and had a few frozen drinks to keep cool in the wonderful 80 degree weather!

Stacy has always been so easy to work with to plan a trip. She’s helped me twice now, she’s very patient and informative.
From the moment we arrived on vacation, everyone on the island was so nice. We stayed at RIU Palace all-inclusive, the pool area is nice, but the beach was perfect. Lots of shade if you want that, lots of open sand, plenty of lounge chairs, and beautiful warm water. We ate lunch a couple times on the pier at Bugaloe Beach bar and grill in front of Riu, great food and even better service. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet were decent for a buffet with a wide variety of choices for everyone at the resort. They also have 4 restaurants on site too. It’s my understanding the resort will be going through renovations in 2025/26, definitely needed in some areas. It’s a tad outdated, but we didn’t spend much time indoors so it didn’t matter to us, so long as the A/C worked:)

We had the most amazing time at Matachica in Belize. It doesn't matter which casita you are in, the resort is so peaceful and all of the staff are incredibly friendly! They brought two hot cups of coffee to our room every morning. We took in a full body refresh spa day which I highly recommend. This was our first trip together abroad to a place neither of us had been and we wouldn't have been able to arrange anything without the help of Stacy! I highly recommend the deluxe three-excursions-in-one with dune buggies, 12 zip lines, and our family favorite, Monkeyland!! Our private, more personal snorkeling excursion (only about 20 people) was also well worth the little extra money to not be super crowded like we have been before. The boat was large and the fish feeding was very special and fun.

She’s great and very Easy to get ahold of. She even took a phone call and helped when we were abroad and wanted to switch our flights. All of the hotels she booked up for a night layover and a night on the way back were easy to get to And very nice! She’s a pro!

Stacy was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few things that it would have been nice for her to have clarified for us ahead of time, since we were first time travelers. Mainly that we traveled at the end of hurricane season. It worked out, and maybe I should just know that, but it would have been a courteous reminder when we booked because there was a chance the trip could have been rained out.
Otherewise she was great! Friendly, helpful, and got everything taken care of quickly. We will probably work with Bon Voyage again in the future!

Amazing Destination Wedding!
