Therese was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish (including after we returned). She is extremely friendly and professional. Her communication was great throughout, and she provided several options for us as we were trying to finalize our itinerary. She always followed through on the things she said she would, and was always willing to help in anyway she could to make our trip easier, better, and a great memory. I would highly recommend working with Therese if you are planning a vacation. It was a pleasure working with her, and would do so again.

This was such a great experience! Therese Gries was super to work with. We went to her for help planning a vacation in a very short amount of time, not knowing where we even wanted to go.

We have 2 girls ages 19 and almost 18 at the time. We had to quick plan a trip that could very well be our last family vacation as our girl are now working full time for the summer and college in the fall.

She gave us lots of options but didn't overwhelm us with to much to think about. We decided to go to Barceló Maya Colonial Riviera Maya, Mexico. This was an all Inclusive resort . Great choice!

It was perfect for our family. Therese made the whole process very easy for us. She was very helpful with information about pass port's, transfer's to our resort, restaurant's and excursion's we might have been interested in. We couldn't have had such a great experience without all of her help. We will be forever grateful to her for making this such a wonderful family vacation with our girls.

She is easy to contact and we always have good communications. I have recommended her to a few people. I know for sure that one of our friends did use her for their travel.
