Meredith has planned a trip for me to take my daughter & granddaughter to Paris next summer. She did a lot of research to find the best hotel, best tours, air travel, etc! Trip of a Lifetime!

The best words to describe Meredith are above and beyond. Not only did she work diligently to help us plan the trip of alifetime (Venice, Florence, Siena, Rome, Amalfi Coast), setting up amazing lodging, private transfers and the best tours, but she also was available to assist when our flights got cancelled, when I wanted to change transfer times at the last minute and even when I wasn't sure how to get a reservation for Christmas dinner in Rome. She took care of it all with efficiency and kindness leaving us to just enjoy the trip of a lifetime in Italy!

Meredith is a true expert. Like a travel superhero, she saved the day for us and our trip! With less than two months to go before a proposed Spring Break trip to Turks and Caicos, I sent her an email titled "Looking for a Hail Mary" asking for her help. We had just learned that the lodging we booked for ourselves online wasn't at all what we thought or what we needed. We desperately wanted to salvage our trip, but didn't have much time and knew availability would be slim. In came Meredith, who found us a fantastic deal at a fantastic property with all of the wonderful amenities and activities our family was looking for. She handled it all, soup to nuts, and I'm confident we couldn't have done it better or cheaper without her. In today's world, people are too quick to believe travel agents are obsolete. Meredith knows more, is better connected, has access to benefits you can’t get yourself, and likely can match and often beat the prices you find. S

From the initial communication and throughout our “best ever” Hawaii family adventure, Meredith was always professional, knowledgeable, accessible and fun to work with! She asked the perfect questions to quickly identify our vacation goals / priorities; our travel likes / dislikes and hotel / food budgets. My husband and I decided to do some research for a future vacation in Hawaii. The first 10 minutes on Google were overwhelming so we decided to search for a travel agent and located Meredith through our search. She was wonderful, patient, helpful, went above and beyond to assist us in making the best decision for our family of 4 (includes 2 children). Meredith's follow up was spot on, she was very prompt with her responses and guided us based on our budget as she provided a range of options. The Hawaii trip was going to be for a future trip so Meredith recommended some locations in the US for this summer and we will be going w/ one of her recommendations - a beautiful, beautiful hotel in Florida. I am one of the pickiest and most skeptical travelers you will ever find but I definitely will be consulting Meredith in the future and highly recommend her to be your travel agent of choice!

Saved us from hotel with construction noise

So thankful! She helped us pick a FANTASTIC hotel for our trip, but at the last minute found out that there was construction on the street in front and that the pedestrian walkway to the beach was blocked. She was able to move us to ANOTHER FANTASTIC hotel at the last minute and saved the entire trip! I will not plan another vacation without her.

Meredith was referred to us buy a business contact. On numerous occasions she has stepped into logistically difficult situations and made arrangements on our behalf. Sometimes this has been last minute due to flight cancellations or a client's whims. We have even asked her to negotiate long term rates at various facilities for our business travelers. She saved us lots of money and got us in really nice places On the non-business side she helped us plan a recent family trip. We took the kids to a wonderful city stayed in a great location, enjoyed great meals and had numerous activities to choose from due to her diligence. I have used Meredith for trips as simple as finding us a hotel to stay in on my way to Florida all the way to an 11 day road trip out west with 6 different cities on the trip. Do matter what the trip, she always gives it her full attention and finds the best places. I wouldn't plan a trip without her!
She even convinced me to buy a AAA membership to help save more money on hotels, which has paid off on discounts, as well as, not 1, not 2, but 3 flat tires.

This was a complicated trip for someone to plan. This was our kids 5th graded DC trip. We went on the first "leg" of the trip with the school group. But once the group left for home. That's when the fun began. We had a Cadillac limo waiting to take us to the Four Seasons in Georgetown! Meredith also arranged an exclusion of historical sites in DC that we didn't get to see with the school group.
Meredith is a personal friend of mine but friendship aside I would use her for future trips. I would also recommend her to ANYONE!!!

We decided to due a whirlwind tour of Canada following a family reunion in Burlington, VT (which Meredith also arranged). Meredith found great hotels and activities for us in Quebec City, Montreal and Niagara Falls. It's a trip we'll never forget! Meredith did a wonderful job helping us plan our big anniversary getaway to Mexico, and some state side family reunions .
Mexico: My husband and I have never traveled there to Mexico before, so we were feeling a little overwhelmed when trying to plan everything. I came to Meredith with what I was looking for, and she pulled all the information I needed to know andfot the trip booked with ease. She responded quickly to all of my emails, and as an avid traveler herself she had a lot of good advice to share. We will always user her when booking our trips in the future. We are so excited to see everything Mexico has to offer in July 2016.
Family Reunions : Meredith has always helped our family coordinate reunions. Two Birds, One Stone... Er, Agent

Sit down, kids, and let me tell you the story of a legend. A travel agent without a peer. A woman who should have her face carved on a mountain.
Not only did Meredith help my wife and I plan a decade-postponed honeymoon to the Dominican Republic that was pitch-perfect from beginning to end, she also planned a second Disney vacation for our son (with his grandparents, because 5-year olds can't rent cars, duh). She was a great listener, asked all the right questions, dealt with first-time international travelers with equal parts patience and good advice--seriously, Hall of Fame work.
We would heartily recommend Meredith to anyone planning a trip. She's everything you want your travel agent to be... like Yoda, only much, much taller. And not green. And totally into creating great vacation experiences rather than fighting the Sith. Really, not like Yoda at all except for being wise and patient.
