I cannot say enough good things about Wendy and how greatful were are for her help. For Graduate School I had to do a trip to Portugal, but I also wanted to have my wife and two year old son come along. Wendy made planing around my complicated program requirements a breeze and saved me money. My demands were high. Wendy had to understand all the requirements of my study abroad program, find flights that fit both mine and my wife's work schedule, find us hotels in different cities, arrange travel within the country, and most importantly keep us within our budget.
No stress!! No complaints!! Just a great vacation!!

Amazing Costa Rican Thanksgiving

Wendy was absolutely amazing! She got to know us before planning our trip in order to deliver us 3 amazing itineraries to choose from. All of them were exactly what we wanted! Even after we’d chosen one she would periodically update us on different happenings we might want to add or change. Our trip ended up being delayed due to airline issues. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful but Wendy rearranged everything for us with no problems. When we ran into another snafu during our trip (related to the delay) she was on top of everything. I’m recommending Wendy to everyone I talk to.

Winter Get Away

Wendy booked us for a trip to Riviera Maya in Mexico. We stayed at the El Dorado Royale. It was everything she promised and more. She arranged for transportation service that met us at the airport and delivered us right to the resort. The service and resort were fabulous. The suite, food, amenities and entertainment were excellent. There was a wide variety of restaurants, bars and activities. Something for everyone. We had the same person serving us at the pool daily and he took special attention to meet our every need! The beach at this resort was beautiful. Thanks Wendy for arranging such a special trip that we will remember forever.
We have used Wendy before and she is always professional and knowledgable. She recommends resorts that meet our needs depending on the situation (family, girl's weekend etc.). I can't say enough how great it was working with Wendy. She came highly recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint. We actually had received an email from Gate1 for a travel deal and I wanted to run it by a travel agent. Wendy confirmed it was a good deal and offered to book it for us without it costing us anything additional. It was a huge comfort to have her represent us. It went so far beyond that though as she assisted us plan our entire itinerary. She talked to us to understand what we liked and provided details on tours of interest. She booked our tours and provided us with an app that had our itinerary and all documentation stored in one place. This app also let us communicate with one another. First Fabulous Trip To Ireland

Wendy was wonderful for the entire experience. She consulted with us as to what we wanted to do on our trip and what cities we wanted see. She provided choices on excursions based on our conversations with her. Wendy then made reservations for 4 different hotels throughout Ireland, scheduled and reserved six different bus tours for sightseeing one of them with a fantastic sheep dog demonstration. We were not interested in driving, Wendy solved this by scheduling 5 different train rides so we could relax and enjoy the country. All of our reservations and explanation of each hotel and bus tour were imported to an app for our phone for easy access. Wendy also sent hard copies for us before traveling as well as providing essential tips for traveling abroad. While we were in Ireland she was always available by text and re-confirmed all of our travel by rail and sending rail passes by email for ready access.
All of Wendy’s planning made the entire 10 day trip seamless, enjoyable and relaxing. She is amazing!

An epic week in Germany and the Netherlands!

It was such a pleasure working with Wendy! I traveled to Antarctica, and while I was going through a specific travel outfitter and cruise operator, the logistics of getting to that meeting spot were quite complex. I had to navigate two separate airlines (Delta and Aerolineas Argentinas), an airport change in Buenos Aires (EZE <> AEP), a day-long layover on one leg, and a really tight connection on the other. I'm a pretty experienced traveler and am used to coordinating my own travels, but this felt really daunting to arrange on my own. Wendy's expertise was crucial in navigating all these complexities and I felt so much more confident setting out on my trip. This was our first time to Italy and she literally had every detail planned out & coordinated for us. We did not have to do a thing but ENJOY! Which was incredible!!! Wendy Cox always goes above and beyond when it comes to booking vacations. I emailed her and advised her a buddy and I wanted to go on a vacation. I provided her with the dates and the type of environment we were looking for and she took it from there. Wendy provided me with price quotes for hotels in Jamaica,Cancun and Dominican Republic. Once I decided on which one, she provided me with important information regarding Covid-19 guidelines. She was patient with me as I asked her questions about the hotels and made sure I was, and always am completely satisfied. She stayed in contact with me until, during and after my vacation just to insure I was completely satisfied with my experience. My buddy and I had fun in the Dominican Republic and was not caught off guard about any of the guidelines that were Covid-19 related (on-site testing, etc). I have given Wendy’s information to several of my friends and family that want to book a vacation because I know they will be taken care of!

Wendy was an amazing travel agent! She planned every detail of our trip for us and made sure every question I had was answered. I am a very organized person and wanted to make sure I had everything covered before we left for our trip. Wendy was so patient with me and made sure I had all my answers. She always got back to us quickly and made sure she made herself available to us. She helped us pick out everything we wanted to do while we were on our trip and made several adjustments to get our trip to the right price that we wanted. I worked with Wendy for the last six months.
