I can’t thank Andre enough for her expert guidance and services! We truly had an over-the-top family vacation 30th anniversary trip --with two grown children and their partners--at a Yucatan resort. Andre was always professional and personable. She took time to learn about our interests and values to give us a small selection from the many possible resorts. She promptly responded to any stupid questions and needs with genuine care, creativity, and competence. As relatively inexperienced travelers, we felt safe in her hands, knowing we could call with any worries (and we did!) of travel amidst a pandemic. We're grateful for the destination she led us to as well as for the direct flight with shuttle service she arranged. It was the most "stress-free-of-logistics"vacation ever and I won't hesitate to call her again.

Andre made traveling easy. We were tired of planning and arranging vacations, in fact, we almost stayed home. But then I heard about Andre and Time Travels Inc - it was smart move. We wanted to see the National Parks and Andre made all the arrangements, including a tour group that fit our travel style. Andre found us the perfect two week getaway to Mazatlan. Having stayed in Mazatlan before, we knew the area we generally favored. We stayed at Pueblo Bonita resort- all inclusive. Hadstayed in the past, but resort has been totally renovated and is no all inclusive. Food and staff are great. Very accomodating. Andre also booked are direct flights and transportation to and from the airport. Andre is great to work with and have used her services in the past and will again.

Amazing trip all coordinated by Andre. Everything she suggested was right on point and she was clearly so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Great communication, timely, perfect! Will definitely ask for her help again!

We had an amazing trip and every detail was arranged for us perfectly! We were chatting with another couple at the end or our river cruise. We found we had far better arrangements already set up for us than they did! When I found a problem with my travel documents, they were corrected immediately. The careful planning by Time Travels made traveling so much less stress free for us!

Andre with Time Travels planned another great trip for my mom and I. We went to London, Liverpool and Bath in England. All of the hotels were excellent that we stayed in. The transport that was arranged from Heathrow to our London hotel was convenient and it was easy to find the driver at the airport. The entire trip was a wonderful experience thanks to Time Travels. Andre has helped us plan several trips--family vacations, girls' trips, couple's getaway! They've all been great! Andre is an excellent travel agent. She has planned several trips for me in the past. She is very easy to work with and makes sure that each trip will be memorable. When she started planning my trip to Ireland, she recommended a tour. I am so glad she did because I was able to see a wide variety of cities and sights in Ireland. The tour covered large cities like Dublin to small towns in the Irish countryside. Andre also recommended a tour because she knew I would get to stay in a castle. The castle was my favorite place that I stayed on the tour. I recommend Andre as a travel agent because she is very knowledgeable and has excellent recommendations for places to go and sights to see.

Wonderful. She takes the time to understand the kind of experience you want and does it within your budget. As she says, " I will try to get you the most bang for your buck." We were traveling with our adult children and friends. She found the perfect resort for us. Wonderful service, great food and fun activities.

Everything was wonderful. Christmas is the highest season in Mexico, but Andre was able to find us an all-inclusive resort in Nuevo Vallarta right on the beach. Each of our four families had a family suite or a junior sweet with beach views. We had a non-stop flight leaving on December 27 with all 15 of us seated together. The food was good, location fabulous, rooms excellent and other expeditions lots of fun. Andre also encouraged us to purchase travel insurance, which we didn't have to use, but was a good thing to have. We will definitely use her again for other travel needs.

Andre' goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great for our trips. The trip to Ireland was awesome.

We booked a trip for 6 to the Big Island and I was probably the most needy client ever!! Andre took extraordinary measures just to get out hotels and airfare handled through all of my many special requests regarding hotel rooms and plane seats!!!! Andre' was absolutely awesome! That hotel was 5 star charming and the food was outstanding (especially the omelets and fresh fruit ).
I experienced a little hiccup at the second stop, receiving the wrong room type from the host. When I told Andre of my issue she went to bat for me, solved my problem ASAP and actually got us refund from the hotel!

The planned accommodations, flights, excursions and valuable advice made this trip to the big Island the best ever. Thank you Andre so very much for guiding us through this most wonderful trip, and handling our hiccup. We cannot wait to call you for our next adventure !!!

Andre booked an Amtrak passenger-rail vacation for us: Minneapolis to New Orleans, round-trip. While in New Orleans, an alternate Tour was desired due to unexpected cold weather. We wanted to change from a Swamp/Bayou Tour (outdoors) to a Plantation Tour (warm bus and indoors). Andre' took care of us! Just a quick phone call to her and she had everything rearranged in minutes with minimal cost to us for an upgraded tour!

The entire vacation was interesting (train travel) and carefree. Andre took car of all the details - booked the trains, hotel and Tours. We haven't used a travel agent in many years, but will be using this agent for future travel plans!

Andre is amazing at fulfilling trip of a lifetime experiences. I have very high expectations and she has delivered on all counts. She has put two amazing trips together for me. One to Peru and one to Africa. These were both private trips. Everything was amazing, from the pick up at the airports to the private English speaking guides to the top shelf accommodation. I can highly recommend her for you trip of a lifetime. Her attention to detail is over the top.

We debated doing the internet search to plan a recent family trip but decided to enlist Andre's services based on Angie's list. She found us a variety of options to choose from. However it was the day of our departure that Andre excelled. We found out the hard way at airport check in that a minor's passport is only good for 5 years, not 10 like the rest of the family, so my daughter was denied boarding. I sent the wife and our eldest daughter and I stayed behind with the younger daughter in a frantic attempt to recover and adjust our plans. After leaving Andre a message on a Saturday morning, she quickly called me back and got to work to help me change and extend travel plans. Andre spent the better part of a Saturday on the phone with her contacts but was able to secure a new plan allowing us to pull everyone together after an emergency passport renewal. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Andre's tenacity and travel knowledge. She definitely went above and beyond!

Andre is attentive to details, easy to work with, makes suggestions like "the world is your oyster", "maybe you'd like to try this", and most importantly she asks what we want most in a vacation. She has fabulous follow-up, and has booked us several wonderful vacations.
