We had an amazing trip to Moon Palace, The Grand! Kim was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us find the perfect destination for our family of 10, ages ranging from 20 months to 58! Will definitely recommend her to our family and friends and use her in the future!

Kim planned the most amazing first-time trip for us to Kauai, Hawaii. From easy flights to a beautiful resort, everything was top-notch. Kim booked all of our excursions and rental car. Her communication and follow-through was excellent and we appreciate her expertise and suggestions. We are so thankful for the planning which made everything turnkey and we didn’t have to think about a thing but having the time of our lives on this trip of a lifetime!

Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available whether through a phone call or email. She made all our reservations for us and was very knowledgeable about the resort and options they offered. A week before we were leaving we had to make huge changes (personal reasons) and Kim was able to get it all figured out and help us leave for our trip! I will forever be grateful for Kim’s help!

Kim did an amazing job taking in what our family wanted to do and some of the plans I already made. I was a bit nervous because we we planning a bit late for July travel. Kim was able to give us great options to choose from for travel and lodging. All went off like clock work. She managed to make three families flying in from LA, Chicago and NC work out incredibly well. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable.
Her knowledge of AK travel and especially the Alaska train were wonderful.

Kim catered to all of our needs and provided excellent service! From start to finish, she researched all options requested and came back to us quickly to get things booked as we made decisions. For someone like me with a disability, Kim arranged to have wheelchair assistance at each airport & the gates when we landed. She contacted companies with scooter rentals on the islands in Hawaii to have them delivered/picked up at our locations making so much possible. She was in contact with us as flights changed to be sure we were getting what we wanted and sent great information for restaurant suggestions & activities for our destinations. Prior to our trip and while on vacation, she stayed in contact with us for reminders, messages from service providers and ensuring things were going fine as we were on our trip. She demonstrates true customer service and not only did she help us plan a beautiful trip to make lasting memories but we will definitely use her again for our next v

We loved working with Kim! She planned our entire trip, and she took so much time with us - understanding what we wanted and how to make every detail perfect. Even as things came up during our trip, she proactively made sure it all worked out. She was on top of all the dates for when things needed to be booked, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Her advice and recommendations were spot on. Kim turned what could have been an intimidating trip into an amazing vacation!

6 Stars (if I could). Working with Kim is a dream and takes the worry out of travel, especially to Mexico. She is prompt, responsive, patient, and has excellent advice for all the nuances of travel. Our whole family marveled at what exceptional planning she did on our behalf. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Kim is an outstanding travel agent. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful and accommodating. In the middle of our trip we had a big issue/situation with our room and she was on the phone with me talking me through it. Also, on our last day I reached out to her to see if it was just possible to change our dinner reservation (in two hours) to a different restaurant and she did it, she made it happen. We will be using Kim for all our family vacations going forward.

The best travel agent I have ever had in my life!!!!!!

Kim organized a trip for my husband and I and we had the most amazing time. Everything was scheduled and organized perfectly! The entire trip was stress free and the timing for everything was perfect. We wanted to do an adult fun Disney trip, and everything she planned was exactly that! Many guests at the hotel were having issues with their reservations or magic bands, and we did not experience one issue or inconvenience the entire trip. Kim did an incredible job and we cannot wait to go back to Disney and use her again!

Kim was always available to answer my questions and place special requests for me. Thanks to her, I got a room on the 11th deck and hearing impaired equipment for the room.

She was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. Unless you traveled there recently, you could not be able to cover all the information and the rules for the fast passes. Disney does everything different than other parks.

Kim booked everything for us (airfare, hotels, dinner reservations, car rentals, etc.) and made excellent choices on everything. She told the staff at the hotels that it was our honeymoon so we got special treatment. She even reached out to us while we were away to make sure everything was going well. She handled everything for three families from different areas of the U.S., on an Alaskan cruise, including our shore excursions and air transportation to Seattle. This is the second trip that Kim planned for us and again her work was excellent. The first trip was to Disneyworld and we had a great time. She was thorough and very attentive, even when we were on the trip itself. She made herself available for us. Our second trip was to Montreal. It was the first time for us there. We asked her to prepare an itinerary for us, which we followed closely. It was very helpful. The food in Montreal was amazing and Kim's recommendations for restaurants were on point.
