Chasing the Magic: Hunting the Aurora Borealis

It was a pleasure to let Jill handle all the details for our romantic anniversary weekend. Saved us a ton of time letting her research all the options without costing us any additional fees! Just provide destination, dates and budget and let her do the work! Will definitely let her handle all of our future travel plans.

Didn't have to think. Jill ensured she knew what our interests were and planned the whole trip. She even kept tabs on us during travel and adjusted our travel plans when a particular tour fell through. She took care of all of our arrangements and made sure things were ready to go upon arrival. Traveling to the Arctic Circle had been a dream of mine for several years. After a successful year of chasing the Northern Lights in 2024 here in Michigan, I crossed paths with Jill in an Aurora chasing group we are both a part of and reached out to her. I knew instantly that we were going to work well together. As a mostly solo traveler, I tried to work with agents in the past who disliked and discouraged my travel style only for me to plan out entire trips alone in the end. Jill was the exact opposite! She understood and fully embraced my desire to go alone. It was so refreshing! I had narrowed down my Arctic destinations to Scandinavia and Alaska. We explored both but she sensed that Scandinavia was a bigger dream than Alaska and we moved forward and planned the most amazing trip to Tromsø, Norway! We started planning in March for a November trip and throughout those months Jill was very communicative and made the hard work of planning feel very easy. Keeping track of payments & bookings was simple and straightforward. The app we used for my itinerary was perfect! TripIt stored my schedule, flights, accommodations, and excursion confirmations, even with live links for directions and public transportation options. It was an extremely useful tool that I used every day. Jill was extremely thoughtful even in the midst of my adventures-checking in, answering questions, and offering more encouragement. The trip itself…WOW! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My hotel was perfectly located and just right for me. I went whale watching where I saw HUNDREDS of whales, fed reindeers and learned about the Sami culture. Caught the northern lights on several nights, took the cable car to the prettiest outlook in northern Norway, booked a sauna and even braved an Arctic dip in the ocean (dipped 3x!!) I honestly believe I couldn’t have planned a better trip without Jill’s help and expertise! I will absolutely be working with her again, and soon! IG:Jmdlsdetroit

I wanted to travel to Washington, D.C. to visit my daughter by train. The Amtrak app isn't the easiest to use. I reached out to Jill Cima and gave her my thoughts on my trip including the dates. She put together the trip that I wanted including traveling in an Amtrak sleeper. She also arranged for hotel accommodations at my preferred hotel. I am already considering my next train ride and will without hesitation choose Jill Cima to arrange the trip. There was nothing missed and no glitches that caused any questions from Amtrak.

Jill was very thorough and precise and helping us finally have our honeymoon. It was a relaxing well need a vacation. All the combinations were perfect that she provided for us. Had a great time.
