I’m honestly so happy I booked my trip to Ocho Rios through my travel agent because everything went way smoother than I expected. I’m usually the type to overthink traveling and get stressed trying to plan every little thing myself, but she really made the whole process feel easy and personal. From the beginning, she actually listened to what I wanted instead of just throwing random resorts at me. I told her I wanted somewhere beautiful, relaxing, fun, and worth my money, and she definitely delivered. The resort was amazing, the flights worked out perfectly, and even the transportation and little details were already handled which took a lot of pressure off me. What I appreciated most was how attentive she was. She checked in before the trip, during the trip, and made sure everything was going okay. It didn’t feel like one of those situations where somebody just books your vacation and disappears after they get paid. Jamaica itself was absolutely beautiful. Between the food, the vibes, the excursions, and waking up to those views every morning, I really got to relax and enjoy myself without worrying about anything. This trip was honestly needed. I would definitely book with her again and recommend her to anybody looking to travel but wanting somebody reliable, patient, and real to help them through the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about people having a good experience.

Okayyyy Colette definitely understood the assignment ???? From the second I booked my Mexico trip with her, everything felt easy. Flights, resort recommendations, transportation, excursions… all of it. What I loved most was how personal she made the experience. She didn’t just throw random options at me. She actually listened to the vibe I wanted. I told her I wanted a mix of relaxing, luxury, fun nightlife, and good food, and she found the PERFECT resort for me in Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the views were insane, and every recommendation she gave was honestly spot on. She also checked in during the trip to make sure everything was going smooth, which made me feel really taken care of. That meant a lot because a lot of people book your trip and disappear after payment. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about me having a good experience. The airport process was smooth, transportation was already set up when we landed, and the excursions she suggested ended up being some of the best parts of the trip. The catamaran and cenote experience? 10/10 I wish I could give ten stars
