30 years of customer service

I’ve spent over 30 years working in customer service, helping people, solving problems, and making sure customers walk away feeling heard and taken care of. Over the years, I’ve worked in different environments and handled all kinds of situations. I enjoy connecting with people and figuring out how to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience. For me, customer service has always been  about building trust and making someone’s day a little easier.I’ve adapted to a lot of changes in the industry, including new technology and different ways of communicating with customers, whether it’s face-to-face, over the phone, or online.After all this time, I still take pride in what I do and enjoy helping people every day.
