Leslie planned a 2 night stay on Disney World property, followed by a 3 day Disney Cruise. Also included was transportation to the cruise ship and then back to the airport. Leslie selected the perfect Disney World property for us that was within walking distance to EPCOT. AND the perfect location on the Cruise Ship. Leslie answered our questions in a timely manner and gave us suggestions based on our wants/needs.

Leslie has great communication skills and she makes certain that you are well informed about every detail of your travels and all questions are answered promptly. I used to book my own travel but I am much more relaxed and confident about travel knowing that I have a travel expert to back me up if there are any glitches along the way. She has booked five ocean cruises and four river cruises for us. Each one was amazing. November 2024 we took a Viking ocean cruise Venice to Barcelona with pre and post stays. In 15 days we visited Italy, Croatia, Greece, France, and Spain-unbelievable memories. Leslie handled every detail-air, hotels, excursions, fine dining, insurance, right down to packing suggestions.

Leslie was a great travel agent. She answered all my phone calls and texts promptly. She set up a wonderful trip for my family and me. The entire vacation went off like clock work. The hotel was wonderful and all of our side trips were a lot of fun. I did two things on my bucket list, ziplining and para sailing. Pretty good for a 79 year old woman. Leslie was instrumental in making our Disney World vacation a huge success. From the planning stages until after we got back home, Leslie was there to guide us. A great experience. My husband and I planned to have a spring training weekend before we went to meet the family at Disney World. When we decided to cut short our spring training stay and head to Disney World a day early, I contacted Leslie and she got everything set up for us without a hitch! So we were there to greet our NY family when they arrived the next day. She was helpful in the instruction of the wristbands,Park Hoppers and Lightning Lane uses. She also made sure one of us had the Photo pass included so we could get the best pictures while meeting characters or looking at extraordinary scenery. Leslie also sent little email reminders of fun things not to miss while at the park of the day(we saw all four parks on our visit, one each day.) Terrific agent!

We absolutely LOVED our experience working with Leslie to plan our trip to Disney! While we had been to Disney a few times before, this was our first time taking our toddler and we wanted to stay on property for ease and convenience. Leslie was amazing at not only finding us a deal on our hotel but booking us a car service to pick us up from the airport, booking our Disney park tickets and meal reservations. We even met with her in person to pick her brain on all things Disney. We traveled to Cancun, Mexico. We stayed at The Royalton Hidaway adults only all inclusive. Would highly recommend this resort for any occasion. Great food, room was very nice and clean, very friendly staff, beach was beautiful and we had great weather.

We booked a Royal Caribbean cruise to Alaska through Leslie and things couldn't have gone better or more smoothly! Leslie made sure we knew what the Covid testing protocol was, reminded us to check on our passports to make sure we were up to date and sent us reminders on when to check in, etc. Our embarkment and disembarkment went great due to Leslie's expertise. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Leslie as your travel agent, she takes the stress out of travel!

We booked a week long vacation to Walt Disney World through Leslie Brown at Travel Leaders. Planning a Disney World vacation (especially during the busy season) can be a stressful process. Rooms, Flights, park passes, food reservations, fast passes...the list goes on and on. Leslie made the process seamless and zero stress. She doesn't just "book" the trip. She asks a lot of questions to understand what you are looking for in your vacation. What is important to you. Suggestions of things to think about. She gives examples of different options. She gives you a comfort level that everything has been handled and you can just enjoy the vacation, rather than any details you missed by trying to do it yourself. She is great with communication and follow-up. I have referred to her friends and family and will be using her services for trips in the future.

It was wonderful working with Leslie. There was a group of 5 of us traveling so it was easier working with an experienced travel agent who was familiar with the resort and could talk us through things. Leslie was wonderful in keeping us updated on things and helping us figure out fun excursions. She helped us through each step in the process we will use her again in future.

We stayed at Iberostar Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana, DR and the resort was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. It was a lot of fun and we did a number of excursions from swimming with the Dolphins and Dune Buggies. We will return in the future.
