Family Cruise 2023

This year my family and I cruised on the NCL Breakaway from New Orleans. After last year's cruise my girls are hooked on cruising! We were able to visit four ports from New Orleans and didn't have to drive far to get on the ship. Our first stop was Costa Maya, Mexico and we booked the Chacchoben Mayan Ruin tour with NCL. It was so exciting seeing the ruins up close. My husband and oldest daughter even got to climb one of the temples! Our next stop was NCL's private island Harvest Caye, Belize. We had a great time at the pool relaxing and swimming. Next, we visited Roatan Island, Honduras. We took a tour of The Roatan Chocolate Factory and got to sample some wonderful chocolate and even bought some to bring home. We also got to spend the rest of the time at a beautiful resort and enjoy their beach and pool. Our last stop was Cozumel, which we use for just a day to shop and enjoy. The Breakaway is a beautiful ship with lots of dining options. NCL is a great choice for those that love options and don't want a set schedule for dining. We had a great time this year and I can't wait for next year's family vacation.
