Loulu Lima is a life saver and a miracle worker! She planned the perfect trip. She took care of every detail and made sure it was stress free. My husband wasn't really wanting to travel abroad, it was stressing him out, but he loved the trip so much that on our way home he asked where I would want to go to next. :) We hit a snag at the very beginning, my husband's passport was going to expire within 90 days of our departure and KLM would not let him fly until it was updated. Dear Loulu, Thank you so much for your full support, professional and effective way of handling the difficulties on Monday in relation to the late check in, the unlocked door, noise from the other room, the drunk person, and ultimately for making sure that a refund was done. I got an almost 100% refund ($1316.07). The late flight was only the beginning. The airline requested all passengers to check in their carry-on so once we landed and the airport being so big, it took some time to locate the lugged claim area. Then we headed to the rental place only to find that the train that takes people to the car rental was not working so local buses were helping the airport to deal with this situation. The line was huge. We spent almost two hours there. So I left Miami at around 8:00 p.m. I woke up at 4:00 am that morning. The rest you know. So first of all Loulu is a bundle of excitement, Joy, passion and go getter all in one. No need to worry she is on it! My mother went on vacation without me for the first time ... ever. Obviously, I was nervous and wanted to make sure that she was taken care of. If I could give you more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Our girls trip to Punta Cana was by far in one word AMAZING!! From the hotel that was suggested to the excursion that was also recommended...WOW!! I absolutely recommend the Hard Rock Resort and Casino Hotel.

I decided to surprise my wife with an deluxe week in Paris to celebrate to our December 23rd anniversary, to include Christmas. And I decided to do this two weeks before we left. Loulou at book here/give here was PHENOMENAL! I can't say enough. She handled everything and tailored it to our needs. We had a perfect place to stay, premier seats at the opera, an intimate classical performance at an ancient chapel, anniversary dinner atop the Eiffel Tower, seine river cruise, And much more. I just wanted to say that Loulu has been great to work with in booking our yearly trip to Akumal Bay Beach and wellness resort. I normally book through Apple vacations direct and we found out recently that they are not longer booking with the resort. I found Loulu through a friend that we met at the resort this past April.
