On our latest cruise, Fiona Stafford did an excellent job as usual! Her helpful advice saved us money and stress, from flights to insurance. One outstanding memory is that she pleasantly surprised us with complimentary, "PLUS" package onboard! She even got in touch quickly to clarify an important matter that came up when we were already overseas on the ship! We heartily recommend her to anybody who wants to make the most of their travel experience!

I have had the pleasure of working with Fiona Stafford since my very first travel experience almost 10 years ago. What struck me immediately was how she took the time to meet with us on what should have been her day off..."who" does this now-a-days?! It's hard to simply find adequate customer service, never mind exceptional service - but, this has been consistently what I have received with Fiona! She takes the time to listen to what your wants are; answers any questions you may have; obtains additional information if needed, to ensure that you are properly informed of everything you need to know; gives excellent tips, advice and suggestions for your destination; and always delivers with a laugh and a smile! There has only been a couple of times that I had to utilize another travel agent - simply because Fiona was temporarily unavailable (on leave). Both of these times, I was only moderately satisfied with the help I received. Luckily, on both occasions, I had already decided on a destination and only needed assistance with booking, so there was little work required. My selfish hope is that Fiona never changes jobs/careers or decides to cease providing travel agent service - I truly don't know what I would do if that ever happened! Not only would I lose the confidence and satisfaction that I have when collaborating with her on a trip, I would miss her passion, humor and significant knowledge of travel destinations - and I would miss her cheerful energy. Travel for me has become more than simply booking a getaway vacation, it's about adventure, exploration of other cultures/countries and feeding the soul. Fiona gets that about me, because she can relate. She truly loves what she does, and it shows!
