Hello there! I'm Nicole Ball, and I am an enthusiastic leisure travel advisor. I love cultivating both magical moments on Disney properties, and forever memories at a variety of beach destinations. As an avid Disney lover, I love planning all Disney trips. I also enjoy exploring new areas and would love to share that experience with others. I love working with families, couples, first-time travelers, and friend groups.

Although I am a new advisor I have completed both my Disney Knowledge Certification as well as my ALG Pro Certification. On top of those certifications, I also have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management from South Dakota State University.

I have been to Disney World 8 times and counting. I have stayed at several different resorts on property! I have also been to Disney's Aulani in Hawaii. I pride myself on staying on top of all things Disney! I ask lots of questions to make sure I understand each traveler and can better mold their trip to them. When not planning travels I am still whisked away into other places via reading.
