Working with Steven made everything feel easy from beginning to end. He listened to the type of experience we wanted and found us the perfect adults-only resort with the right mix of relaxation, adventure, and nightlife. The whole trip felt smooth and organized, and we appreciated how responsive he was anytime we had questions before traveling. You can tell he actually cares about making sure people enjoy their vacation and not just booking something random. I’m not gonna lie, me and my boyfriend did NOT want to spend hours researching resorts, excursions, flights, and transportation. We filled out Steven’s travel inquiry form, told him the type of vibe we wanted, and he basically handled the rest. Everything he suggested matched us perfectly. The resort was adults only with great nightlife, the excursions were fun, and the transportation was already arranged before we landed. It honestly felt good not having to stress over planning every little detail ourselves. We just packed, showed up, and enjoyed the trip.

Flight issue stressed us out but Steven handled it fast

Everything was going smooth until our connecting flight got delayed and we thought we were going to miss our airport transfer and first night plans. I messaged Steven immediately and he responded way faster than I expected. He helped us figure out the next steps, updated the transfer company, and made sure everything was still lined up once we landed. That honestly took so much stress off us. Once we got to the resort, the rest of the trip was amazing. The adults-only resort he picked for us in Cancun had great food, nightlife, and the exact vibe we wanted. Having somebody actually available during a travel issue made a huge difference.

Virgin Voyages completely changed cruising for us!

This was our first time sailing Virgin Voyages and Steven explained everything so well beforehand. He helped us pick the right cabin, explained how the Virgin app worked, and even gave us tips on booking restaurants and shows early. The cruise itself was amazing — no kids, incredible food, great nightlife, and a really grown vibe overall. We also had a small issue with our boarding documents before the trip and Steven responded super fast and helped us get everything fixed the same day. It honestly felt good knowing we had somebody available when we needed help. We’re already planning another cruise with him.

Best adults-only adventure trip we’ve ever taken!

We told Steven we wanted something adventurous but still relaxing and adults only, and he absolutely nailed it. He helped us book a beautiful all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica that had the perfect balance of luxury and adventure. We went ziplining through the rainforest, visited hot springs, did ATV riding, and still had plenty of time to relax by the pool. One of our excursions got rescheduled last minute and Steven handled it immediately without us having to stress. Everything felt smooth from beginning to end and honestly this was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken together.
