My husband's birthday cruise was a great success and a blast! Shannon sent me several options to choose from to fit my budget and accommodate a large group. Her attention to details was exceptional (location of cabins, gifts for friends and family that attended, a surprise cake delivered to our dinner table, links to excursions, follow up reminders, etc). I never felt pressured and she was always a quick text or email away with immediate responses/answers. I now have an agent that I can trust and I can't wait for Shannon to plan our next trip! Yes

Always timely, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever asked her a question that she didn't know the answer to! We also had issues with getting our passports once, to. No fault of hers, and she helped expedite that for us. I will never go to any other agent again.
