Absolutely phenomenal

Kristin has been more than a resource and a planner for us. She was extremely prepared from flight schedule, transfers to resorts, food accommodations and all amenities the resort offers.
Kristin also was able to find excursions that fit both our likes and physical capabilities. If something doesn't work when planning, she will call the resort to find other options!
