This was our family's first trip to Europe so we worked with Jennifer in hopes it would be hassle - free … and it was!!! Our family trip to France was perfectly planned by Jennifer. She saved us so much time by helping us with each part of our trip from transportation, hotels, tours and tips. Our cruise was disembarking from Barcelona. After discussions with Jennifer we decided on a 4 day stay in Barcelona before disembarking on our cruise. Jennifer made recommendations for excursions and we picked what we thought we would like. The 4 days days in Barcelona were excellent; from the Hotel accommodations to the excursions everything went off without any upsets. The Cruise itself defies description. Simply put we were spoiled rotten. Basically it was like being on a Yacht with everyone at your beck and call. Great staff, insanely good food, and the personal touches made you feel like you were staying with family. Our flights to and from Barcelona were well arranged and travel went off without a hitch. Lots of moving parts for our travelling and they were all organized to perfection.

We just returned from a wonderful 10-day family vacation to Dreams Playa Mujeres. We enjoyed working with Jennifer in planning our holiday with our two young daughters to Vancouver and Seattle. She was always responsive in a short time frame, and patiently stuck with us as we went through a whole range of iterations of the trip due to our various constraints and desires - changing destinations, timing, kind of hotels etc. She listened to all these changing requests and never pushed anything on us but gave us good options to consider at each stage. Ultimately she got us a really good deal on our hotels, which were all good and one of which in particular was really awesome (Four Seasons in Vancouver). Although the intinerary for my recent trip was pre-planned by Amtrak, Jennifer looked after all the booking, documents, flights and upgrades and all I had to do was show up on time . It was a busy schedule and she made sure I understood and had everything in order for each day .... all questions that I had were answered promptly and patiently. I reached out to Jennifer after seeing her on a local FB page & reading great reviews from members of my surrounding communities. As this was a Special Family trip with our kids, I provided our criteria to her and she came through with numerous ideas. We worked together to find the location we would eventually decide on. As we booked many months in advance, I liked that I only had to put down a deposit with remaining due a month prior to travel. Once paid, she provided me receipts & E-tickets in a timely manner, along with forwarded me emails from the Airline to pre-order our food on board and followed up with me post trip! Can't ask for better than that. While it is easy to book a trip yourself on line, I definitely enjoyed having a knowledgeable contact person who was looking out for our best interest. As I live for the days I can traveI, I expect to be in touch with Jennifer again to plan/organize my next trip.

I was overwhelmed by all the components of the trip initially & she basically told me not to worry, she would walk me through everything & she did. We wanted to keep our trip within a reasonable budget & Jennifer found us great options that fit with our needs. She was quick to respond to emails & get choices to us & when I asked if we could take another flight, she gave us new pricing & flight options right away. Everything was explained clearly & confirmed with us to ensure everything was correct & exactly what we wanted. Jennifer was very clear about what we had to do the first day at Disneyland as Canadian residents participating in a special promotional rate for park tickets. The payment was easy & Jennifer sent us reminders before our trip and confirmed our shuttle to & from with the shuttle company. Overall, the trip played out seamlessly, largely in part to Jennifer's attention to detail & meticulous planning.

We booked a trip to the Azores through a package provider. Jennifer found us a rental car (automatic - pretty tough to find in Europe) and several choices of excursions. One of the excursions we had booked through Jennifer required us to confirm pick up with the tour provider the day before. Unfortunately, the number the tour company listed was no longer in service. The emergency number provided was an automated message system entirely in Portuguese! I contacted Jennifer in Calgary right away, and she took care of the confirmation for us within the hour. It was fabulous to have the peace of mind to know that someone's got your back if you run in to trouble. Jen was responsive and immediately helpful. Just one more reason to use Jen for your travel needs!!

Jennifer was great to work with. After a brief phone conversation she presented me with 3 options that would suit my family's needs. The trip was for 3 adults, a newborn, and a two year old. I had given Jennifer a short time frame and she delivered with exactly what I wanted. She responded to all my questions right away and within days we had our vacation booked right down to the airport shuttle.

My family loves to travel and we have never used a travel agent before, always booking our vacations ourselves. We wanted a warm, winter get away and had trouble picking a destination. Jennifer was able narrow down our search, finding everything we wanted in Maui. Our resort was spectacular with a suite made for a family and our car was waiting for us upon arrival. Also, the cost was substantially lower than the best price we could have gotten ourselves online. That was a real eye opener for us. Jennifer is prompt, friendly and super efficient.
