I specialize in coordinating magical and memorable vacations for travelers who may have special sensory, behavioral, or medical needs to consider. I understand the additional stress and worry that comes from planning travel with extra considerations, so I provide guidance tailored to each client's specific needs. I love getting to know my clients on a personal level in order to offer individualized attention with personalized tips and suggestions for successful and unforgettable vacations!
When I'm not planning trips for others, you'll find me teaching, traveling, or researching for our next family trip. With a medically complex 8-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son, our current favorite family vacation spots are Disney World, Universal Orlando, Disney Cruise Line, and our "local" beach, Cape May in New Jersey.
My complimentary services don't end once your trip is booked! I'm with my clients every step of the way before, during, and even after their vacations! In addition to check-ins and direct communication with me, my clients also receive access to my location-specific Client Center Website, where they can read through all of my guides and additional resources to help spark any questions or discussions they may not have considered during the planning process.

Fun adult only trip!

I have been traveling to Disney World regularly for over a decade; as a
seasoned "Disney Adult" I wasn't sure if I needed a travel agent's help. Kate
proved me completely wrong! Since working with Kate, I can't imagine going
to WDW without her help. From booking the tickets and hotels, to helping with fast passes and ride reservations on the day of, Kate takes all the stress out of the trip, allowing me to focus on the magic and memories! She keeps me up to date with the regularly changing services offered by WDW, helping to maximize our time and our money. I recommend her every time someone I know is heading to Orlando.

Memorable first Disney World vacation!

We had such an amazing experience working with Kate to plan our Disney trip. From start to finish, she made everything feel seamless and stress free. She provided detailed information, helpful tips, and so many great resources that made planning much easier. Kate really took the time to talk through everything with us, including resort options and even room placement, which made a big difference in our stay. She truly made things easier by helping with all the details, from booking our transportation to and from the airport to arranging our stroller and scooter rentals for us. She was also incredibly helpful with dining reservations. She walked us through the process, helped us decide where we wanted to eat, and made sure we were ready when reservation times opened. Because of her, we were able to get some really great reservations we would not have gotten on our own. Her communication was outstanding. She was always quick to respond, answered every question with ease, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. It truly felt like she was there for us before, during, and even after our trip. Thanks to her expertise and support, our Disney trip was unforgettable. Universal Birthday Trip

We booked a birthday trip to Universal Studios for our son who was turning 10. Kate made the whole process so easy! We talked about what we wanted on the trip and what kinds of experiences we were looking for and she made it happen! She sent us a personalized guide to Universal which was so helpful since we hadn't ever been there before. She set up the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, hotel stay, park tickets, etc. While we had to book our own flights, she took care of everything else! We already have another Universal trip booked for September 2025 and are looking to plan an adults-only trip for 2026. I highly recommend using Kate for all your travel needs!
