Sarah was amazing to work with. This was a first time visit for our family and she was instrumental in making it such a wonderful and memorable trip. Working with her took out all of the stress someone might be worried about when planning a trip to Disney, especially if you are brining the family for the first time. Working with Sarah was great! She helped us narrow down a travel date from a 3 month window and book adjoining rooms for our party. This trip was the best yet! The more info I read from Sarah, the more prepared I was. Going to Disney is not just something you do on a whim and you need to plan some of it. Not all, but some. The emails from Sarah were very helpful during all the times leading up to our trip. She makes it easy to book and also easy to get travel insurance. The care package when we arrived was also very nice! We had a flight delay going there so it was nice to have some water and snacks when we arrived! Definitely will book again!

We just returned from an incredible Disney World trip and I can’t say enough good things! I traveled with my daughter and my mom, and every detail was perfect. Our hotel room was exactly what we needed — comfortable, conveniently located, and close to all the magic.
Sarah made everything so easy, from park reservations to troubleshooting our magic bands. We especially loved Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party — it was such a highlight and something we’ll remember forever!

Where do I begin? From the start of the planning process, Sarah has been unbelievably amazing! From choosing the itinerary and dates to selecting staterooms she is a plethora of knowledge and experience. We opted for the Disney Treasure Virgin Islands itinerary. With Sarah’s help the planning process was easy and she kept us up to date on deadlines for payment as well as opening dates to start booking port adventures, spa services, and specialty dining. As for the ship, the entertainment was spectacular! The Coriander & Sage shows are not to be missed! The AquaMouse slide was super fun - even though looking down and seeing ocean beneath me was EEK!! The ship is stunning. We loved the Periscope Pub, Scat Cat Lounge, and Haunted Mansion Parlor. We saw some photos from a Haunted Mansion Parlor photo shoot and now wish we had planned for that - next time :) Characters were out for meet and greets all the time. The stage shows were really fun. Spring Break!

Sarah has assisted us on planning other successful trips in the past (including cancelling & rescheduling during the pandemic), and this was no different. We knew that we wanted to go back to the Atlantis in the Bahamas. She helped to find us the most cost efficient 5 day period to go and booked it for us. When we arrived, everything went as planned, including our request for adjoining rooms, which she called the hotel directly to arrange. She was also very careful to inform us of every requirement for traveling out of the country for ourselves and our 2 grandchildren, including all of the reminders as we got closer to our trip. We also got a $50.00 gift certificate from her to be used at the resort. We were totally satisfied and happy with all phases of planning & the actual trip. We will definitely call Sarah next time!

Sarah has planned all three of our family trips to WDW, as well as a trip to run a 1/2 marathon for some friends and I. Sarah gave us great advice and planning details for our trips, helping us choose restaurants for reservations, and giving us great itineraries to help us make the most of our Disney trips. She was able to provide this information for my family (5 and 8 year old daughter), and also for my adult friends when we traveled to Disney for the race. When we had to leave Disney early due to a family emergency, Sarah was great in helping us get in touch with the insurance company, and for helping us plan a return trip. She helped us make sure that our return trip fell into a free dining window, and worked hard to find us the best deal available. Anytime people tell me they are going to start planning a trip to Disney, I always refer them to Sarah. She is wonderful!
