Corinne is fun and super easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about our destination which makes planning quite helpful. For these reasons and many more, our family has come to her for the last five years in a row.

Service after the sale is the number one reason I use Corinne as my travel agent. Any agent can recommend places to visit and book everything but she breaks away from the pack with her diligence in tracking cruise price fluctuations and getting the discounts added to on board credit, room upgrades and cancellation and rebooking of rental cars at better rates before the trip. She has personally visited most of the places she recommends and has rapport with staff there to contact if issues arise. We have a food allergy in my family and she contacted resorts in advance to ensure we did not come into contact with those foods. We were greeted by head chefs and provided alternate menu choices throughout all-inclusive resorts as well as cruises. She arranged an opportunity for kids to swim in the covered adult's pool during bad weather on a group cruise once as well as refunds of missed port fees. She has assisted me on pilot strikes, hurricanes and extended stays. I highly recommend!!!

Our family just got back from a 2 week vacation to Alaska, including a hotel stay in Vancouver, 1 week cruise and 4 nights in Alaska. Everything was very organized and the transition from place to place was seamless. This was a great vacation she helped put together.
