Karen was awesome! My girlfriend and I were really indecisive and took forever to make up our minds but Karen was extremely patient and helpful despite all the hoops we made her jump through. She was so prompt and thorough when responding to our ten million questions. I'm really greatful for her insight and enthusiasm throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dock 10 Travel. Karen helped us plan our dream wedding and honeymoon. Our asks were a little out there - rent a private island off Belize for our friends and family to join us for a three day all-inclusive wedding event, then charter a catamaran in San Blas for our honeymoon. But she made it happen, and everything went so smoothly. She coordinated travel from Atlanta to our private paradise including puddle jumper planes and taxis, got us from there to our private catamaran charter in a remote area in Panama, and finished an amazing two weeks with an all star resort near the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. Everything went so smoothly. We were able to download our itinerary to reference as we worked our way through Central America and were treated like VIPs everywhere we went. Karen was amazing at planning our European honeymoon! She booked our flights, hotels, and sightseeing seamlessly! She went above and beyond with her services!! Checked in with us periodically on flight information, hotel accommodations, and reminded us of important sightseeing info daily. She communicated with everyone so we didn't have to lift a finger. She made us feel so special! Cool feature that helped my husband and I plan each day was an app she signed us up with called Trip Plans. It showed all of our itinerary including flights, hotels, and what she had booked sightseeing for the 10 days. This helped us stay stress free so we didn't have worry about missing anything that we had booked. Thank you Karen for making this a trip of a lifetime for us. My wife and I chose to have a destination wedding to help alleviate the pressures that accompany planning a large wedding close to home. When we contacted Karen, all we knew was that we wanted to have a wedding at an all inclusive resort. She helped us in deciding to have the wedding at Sandals Negril and the experience could not have been any better. In the year leading up to the big date, Karen helped tremendously. She coordinated all of our conversations with the resort’s wedding planner, helped us to decide how to split up our stay (we switched rooms on the big day), and helped all of our guests pick their rooms and find their air and ground transportation. We were nervous that some of our family would have some difficulties traveling, but everyone made it safely and had a wonderful time! The wedding ceremony and reception far exceeded our expectations. Karen helped make the entire experience of planning our wedding an enjoyable experience, and we both feel very grateful!

Karen was amazing! She was so helpful helping us find the best honeymoon spot! Once we picked the place, she took care of everything else and we could just relax! She even set up all the “honeymoon” extras!

Karen did an outstanding job finding an adult only all inclusive that fit everything we wanted in a resort! She handled everything, all we had to do was pack and show up at the airport! I highly recommend her! I will definitely be using her again in the future!
