Maria was so thorough and patient. The two of us were pretty picky as to what we wanted. She was so accommodating and found something that fit into our budget, without sacrificing the things that we wanted included. Maria is also very timely in responding to emails. When we got back, we enjoyed the trip and weather so much that we kept commenting on how we wish we were back there. She was also my sister's planner for her honeymoon. My sister and brother-in-law were very pleased with her as well. I wanted to take my daughter to Epic for her birthday, but knew nothing about it, nor the hotel options. Maria took care of all the arrangements: park view room at the Helios Grand, Epic tickets, with VIP and Express pass. She provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. At one point, Universal sent us a couple of confusing emails about our VIP tour. Maria contacted them on our behalf to ensure we had all the correct information. The trip itself was a complete success. I really appreciate the way she is always so helpful and positive. We will definitely contact her again for our future vacation planning needs.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at Universal's Royal Pacific Resort. Maria did an excellent job in arranging park tickets, restaurant reservations, stroller and scooter rentals and everything else involved in our stay. She worked relentlessly on this trip as our plans changed 3 times due to the announcement that Epic Universe would be selling tickets for our last planned day. W e are so thankful for Maria. She helped us book two beautiful trips with exactly what we were looking for from room accommodations to flights!! The second trip unfortunately had so hiccups and had to end early due to illness. Maria was right there to guide us through the process, help change flights and mostly she expressed kindness. She was genuinely concerned and did her best to help us in a tough situation. When we returned to the states, she continued to check in on me and responded to all our emails and filled out necessary forms we needed for travel insurance in such a timely manner.
We were so grateful to her because if we did not book this trip with her, we would have been lost.

A Trip That Will Be In My Heart Forever

This past trip was bittersweet, as my mom was supposed to join us, but sadly passed away prior to our trip. Maria had the most beautiful sentiment of Mom's name put in rocks in one of the pools at the resort. It was so incredibly thoughtful and made me feel like mom was right there with us.
