Perfect vacation for big family

Michaela is THE BEST! She managed 3 separate family’s vacations at once and then connected all 16 people so we could enjoy a wonderful joint family vacay together! We personally had a bit of chaos with our travel plans that we made ourselves and Michaela was there last minute helping us find flights when we had personal unexpected events happen! Michaela went above and beyond! At the time of our trip, our daughter was 2 1/2 years old. She set up a schedule, booked restaurants, and gave excellent advise for how to use our Fast Passes. I will never visit Disney again without her help!

Stress Relief!

Michaela was amazing to work with! She was so helpful in the planning stages - even when I changed my mind 20 times. She was timely and very responsive. She gave great suggestions and had good insight on the areas we wanted to explore.
One major benefit to booking with a travel agent is when unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, on the way out of town our flight had mechanical issues and we were delayed long enough to miss our final connecting flight. Michaela was able to reach out to the resort and our airport transportation for us and move our reservation to the next day. It took a lot of the stress off of us that she took care of that so we could take care of rebooking and finding lodging for the night.

The best trip ever!

Michaela is amazing. We told her we wanted to go on a cruise for our honeymoon and she provided so many options for us to choose from. We had many questions which were answered very promptly. She kept us informed of changes to our itinerary and what we needed to do to comply with the ships Covid guidelines. We are already looking to her for help with another cruise for 2023!
