Linda is a true professional in her field. She answered all questions immediately and she provided an excellent service to us. Her positive attitude and expertise in her field provided such confidence for us on our trip. Linda is all about customer service! She takes the stress out of planning all the details and listens to the client and plans to their needs. Our trip to New York was the best family trip and my kids still talk about it after almost two years. We had the pleasure of doing a back-to-back cruise on the MSC Seashore in April 2025, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The first leg was a 4-day cruise in a traditional balcony stateroom, followed by a 3-day upgrade to the Yacht Club—and both experiences were truly memorable. Embarkation in Cape Canaveral was the smoothest and most efficient we've ever encountered. From the moment we stepped aboard, we were struck by how beautiful and impeccably clean the ship was. Despite sailing at full capacity, it never once felt crowded. The crew was incredibly friendly, and we met some of the kindest fellow travelers along the way. The themed nights and onboard events added a great touch of fun and energy to the trip. One of the highlights was our visit to MSC’s private island, Ocean Cay. It’s absolutely stunning, with multiple beaches to explore and unwind on—again, with plenty of space and no sense of overcrowding. Booking through Linda Allen was a great experience! Linda ensured that we saw as much of Oahu as possible, including a day of rest, all within 5 days.
She assisted us with our various trip excurisions, which we enjoyed thoroughly - Dolphins and You Snorkeling, Polnesian Cultural Center and we did a smaller Diamond Head with tour of the island excurision through Viator. We were very thankful that we booked using a travel agent as the day before we left we received notice that the employees of the hotel (Hilton) we were scheduled to stay at were on strike. She assisted us with rebooking to Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort without any issues. Ultimately it all worked out for the best as that hotel was more intimate and we saved on less resort fees especially considering we were out and about so much. Working with Linda has been delightful and I will definitely be recommending her to others!
