The booking and organization aspect of this trip was flawless! Mainly because Brandyn took charge of everything. Amazing honeymoon to the land of the rising sun!

We worked with Brandyn from Travigent for help booking our Honeymoon to Japan in the Spring and it was overall a great experience. He help book accommodations that were very impressive, recommend and contact very knowledgeable and tour guides that very friendly and well-read, he also gave us tips on how to prep and prepare that were so incredibly valuable that our trip wouldn't have been the same without them. The best Disney cruise trip ever!

Very pleasant experience working with Brandyn. We told him our expectations for our family trip and he delivered 100%. Brandyn was very responsive when we had questions and thoroughly answered any and all that we had. Our trip was on the Disney cruise line going out of Galveston, TX. Our ports were Key West, Castaway Cay, and Nassau. While at Nassau, Brandyn coordinated our excursion to visit wirh some dolphins. Overall, it was the best cruise we had been on. Once the plan had been set, all we had to do was pack and get in the boat.

My dreams came true

This past March, my friends and I decided to travel to Australia but were unsure of how to plan our vacation. So we looked up a couple of travel agents and decided to go with Brandyn, an Australian expert.We started off in Sydney by touring the Opera House, visiting Taronga zoo, relaxing at Manly beach, and finishing the night by having dinner around Darling Harbor. The next day, we went to four different wineries and made new Aussie friends. We then travelled to Hamilton Island, which was truly a dream come true. Never would have I ever dreamed of ever going to a place as gorgeous as this. Then we travelled to Cairns, where went snorkeling and scuba diving at The Great Barrier Reefs. This was my first time ever scuba diving, and I was terrified. After calming myself down, going underwater and seeing all the exotic fishes made it one of my most enjoyable experiences in life. With all our travel and activities scheduled, this was an unforgettable experience.Highly recommended!

It was my first overseas trip. It was to Japan. Part of the time I was traveling with my adult son. Part of the time I was traveling alone. I can say, without any hesitation, that with the guidance and recommendations and plans and behind-the-scenes work of Brandyn, my 2 ½ week trip was a huge success. He offered a variety of options for group and individual tours, responded to my requests, held my hand (only needed occasionally), and kept me informed while we created the plans.He went far beyond expectations when my son’s return to the US was potentially in jeopardy due to Typhoon Hagibis that was devastating in the Tokyo region. Fortunately, we didn’t need to make any changes – but he was proactive and ready to do whatever might be needed. Brandyn Harris (CEO and Founder) of Travigent will be my travel agent. Amazing family trip to Japan!

I cannot say enough good about Brandyn and his team. I called him and asked him to plan a trip for 6 of us (including 4 children) to Japan and, oh by the way, we leave in 3 weeks and will be there for a month. I literally had nothing planned and we have never been to Japan before. We are a military family and between our kids, work, activities and life - we are not easy to work with. Brandyn handled it all with excellence, confidence, professionalism and patience. He took care of every detail and even checked in daily with us and sent us reminders, even though he happened to be on his own personal vacation at the time. The trip he planned was perfect and we got to see everything we wanted to see. In the past we have gotten packets of info in the mail from travel agents and had to carry them around the world. Brandyn used an app that allowed him to load everything - vouchers, itineraries, reminders, notes - no paper, everything was on my phone! Highly recommend Brandyn & Travigent!

Brandyn did an outstanding job scheduling hotel accommodations that fit within our budget and provided great tour options that he recommended at the different locations we wanted to visit in Australia. Could not recommend this company more! My boyfriend and I knew we wanted to travel around Europe following graduation, but we had no idea where to begin with planning it. An experience of a lifetime!

It was wonderful working with Brandyn on my trip to Japan and South Korea. Not only does he have the expertise as he has already been all over both countries himself, he is equipped with great tips that helped me enjoy my trip even more.
From having fresh sushi at the Tsukiji market (only 100 consumers allowed per day) to having some of the best noodles, and ending with Kobe steak, it was truly enjoyable. Not only from a culinary perspective, but from a cultural perspective it was a shock that I am still enjoying to this day.
Brandyn recommended and set up train journeys via the Japan Pass that went all across Japan from Hiroshima in the south to Sapporo in the north. Not only was I able to visit the normal tourist destinations (like Kyoto, Sendai, and Tokyo) but I was also able to visit places off the beaten path (like Lake Toya and Sapporo) as well as visiting the DMZ in South Korea.
I highly recommend working with Brandyn for your travel needs.

Family trip of a lifetime

I highly recommend this travel agency. My family and I travelled to Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand over the summer, and we had the most amazing time! In Singapore, we went to China Town, gardens, famous buildings, and stayed in the most incredible hotel. In Australia, we spent a couple days in four different cities across the East coast. We were able to see a lot each city, snorkel, pet kangaroos, and try a variety of cuisine. In New Zealand, we were able to tour the set of The Hobbit and then travel through Glowworm caves! All in all, travigent made this traveling experience the best that it could be.
Everything was planned accordingly, and we never had any problems with flights, activities, or hotel reservations! There was always a variety of recommendations for local food and attractions listed on the app for wherever we went. I could not suggest a better way to travel than through travigent!

Other than a few issues with the weather (outside of Brandyn's control of course), my recent trip to Jamaica booked through Travigent was excellent. Wonderful girls trip to Jamaica!

Amazing family vacation to Japan!

We had an incredible trip to Japan from special tours that Brandyn arranged (Ramen tasting tour/Kyoto in a day/Mount Fuji tour), to his self-guided itineraries, we were well taken care of. We enjoyed all three of the hotels we were in (even though we had a lower budget), and especially enjoyed the street food vendors that Brandyn told us about. It felt like he was there every part of the day and we truly enjoyed working with him!

Brandyn was there for us, without a doubt. Being the first time booking with a true “travel agent” it was very unfamiliar to have someone at your side to go to bat for you and do what he could to make the trip seamless and worry free for us. Brandyn offered any chance he got to try and make things right (due to no fault of his own the resort had to move us to a sister resort due to overbooking) or communicate the proper info for us to continue our trip without further delays or setbacks. We would definitely work with Brandyn again in the future and look forward to doing so!

Our honeymoon dreams came true :)

I was really overwhelmed dealing with my wedding plans and I reached out to Brandyn as I wasn't really sure where to go or what to do. We had a great meeting and he recommended we visit Curacao for the beautiful beaches, friendly people, and the ability to rent a car and drive around the island. We stayed at the most amazing boutique resort in what we thought was a standard room. Upon arrival, Brandyn had us upgraded to a honeymoon suite that is bigger than the apartment I used to live in. Thank you for making Norway a spectacular and successful travel adventure. I was nervous in the beginning when planning for this trip, since I have never been there. I wanted to see the northern lights and didn’t know where to begin. Brandyn understood my priorities and what I wanted to experience. Top notch graduation trip!

Brandyn planned the entire trip within the confines of my budget and I had a very memorable experience. My favorite memory was the pasta making class, because the instructors took the time to personally help each student to ensure that our pasta would be as if she cooked it. Afterwards we ate our freshly made pasta with some sauce of our choosing with wine! Yummy!

Highly recommend Brandyn with Travigent. We had the best experience booking our last minute trip to the Riviera Maya. Brandyn provided three resort recommendations and room types for us within a few hours and was very detailed in our digital itinerary that he provided for us to use while on vacation. It was so easy! I was relieved to have the support from Brandyn with regard to a very last minute trip to Thailand. He was able to quickly pull together multiple recommendations, and make the preferred booking, no matter the time. His attention to detail is on point, and he was available for what almost felt like 24/7.
His recommendations did not fall short of my expectations. He made sure we visited the most ethical elephant sanctuaries (one of my most important requests) and helped me plan which islands to visit, and which ones to perhaps save for next time. He even emailed me a short summary of all of my options, with his recommendations. That was very simple to review and helped me decide what to do.
I will definitely rest more easy for future trips knowing that Brandyn will be handling all of the important details!

Butterflies, History, and Tequila Oh My!

Brandyn did an absolutely perfect time in planning my trip to Guadalajara in Jalisco and Morelia (and other cities) in Michoacan. Efficient and Stress-Free Vacation

Brandyn planned a two week family vacation to Australia without us having to go through any of the headaches involved with booking hotels, flights, and activities. It is difficult to plan a trip with a large group of people, but through Brandyn's expertise we were able to design a trip where everyone was happy and enjoyed every activity we did throughout the trip, from scuba diving and snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef to wine tasting at the Hunter Valley. Best Trip of 2018

My trip to Peru exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 10. Everything went according to schedule. The guides were personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. From Lima to Cusco, to the town of Ollantaytambo, to the site itself, the whole experience was nothing short of magical. The Ccaccaccollo Community and Women's Weaving. Cuyo Chico pottery making, Sacred Valley tour, and Chocolate factory, were all enjoyable. The Inka trail was the highlight for all of us coming through the Sun Gate to see Machu Picchu. Words and pictures don't do the place justice. Machu Picchu was incredible especially after hiking 3 days. Enjoyed every moment. What an experience! The food was amazing but I didn't dare to try the famous Guinea Pig. You should definitely add to your bucket list.

Amazing family trip to Japan!
I cannot say enough good about Brandyn and his team. I called him and asked him to plan a trip for 6 of us (including 4 children) to Japan and, oh by the way, we leave in 3 weeks and will be there for a month. I literally had nothing planned and we have never been to Japan before. We are a military family and between our kids, work, activities and life - we are not easy to work with. Brandyn handled it all with excellence, confidence, professionalism and patience. He took care of every detail and even checked in daily with us and sent us reminders, even though he happened to be on his own personal vacation at the time. The trip he planned was perfect and we got to see everything we wanted to see. In the past we have gotten packets of info in the mail from travel agents and had to carry them around the world. Brandyn used an app that allowed him to load everything - vouchers, itineraries, reminders, notes - no paper, everything was on my phone! Highly recommend Brandyn & Travigent!
