Very pleasant experience working with Brandyn. We told him our expectations for our family trip and he delivered 100%. Brandyn was very responsive when we had questions and thoroughly answered any and all that we had. Our trip was on the Disney cruise line going out of Galveston, TX. Our ports were Key West, Castaway Cay, and Nassau. While at Nassau, Brandyn coordinated our excursion to visit wirh some dolphins. Overall, it was the best cruise we had been on. Once the plan had been set, all we had to do was pack and get in the boat.

This past March, my friends and I decided to travel to Australia but were unsure of how to plan our vacation. It was wonderful working with Brandyn on my trip to Japan and South Korea. Not only does he have the expertise as he has already been all over both countries himself, he is equipped with great tips that helped me enjoy my trip even more.

From having fresh sushi at the Tsukiji market (only 100 consumers allowed per day) to having some of the best noodles, and ending with Kobe steak, it was truly enjoyable. Not only from a culinary perspective, but from a cultural perspective it was a shock that I am still enjoying to this day.

Brandyn recommended and set up train journeys via the Japan Pass that went all across Japan from Hiroshima in the south to Sapporo in the north. Not only was I able to visit the normal tourist destinations (like Kyoto, Sendai, and Tokyo) but I was also able to visit places off the beaten path (like Lake Toya and Sapporo) as well as visiting the DMZ in South Korea.

I highly recommend this travel agency. My family and I travelled to Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand over the summer, and we had the most amazing time! In Singapore, we went to China Town, gardens, famous buildings, and stayed in the most incredible hotel. In Australia, we spent a couple days in four different cities across the East coast. We were able to see a lot each city, snorkel, pet kangaroos, and try a variety of cuisine. In New Zealand, we were able to tour the set of The Hobbit and then travel through Glowworm caves! All in all, travigent made this traveling experience the best that it could be.
Everything was planned accordingly, and we never had any problems with flights, activities, or hotel reservations! There was always a variety of recommendations for local food and attractions listed on the app for wherever we went. I could not suggest a better way to travel than through travigent!

My high school girlfriends and I booked our travel to Jamaica for 5 days and 4 nights through Brandyn at Travigent. We had an incredible trip to Japan from special tours that Brandyn arranged (Ramen tasting tour/Kyoto in a day/Mount Fuji tour), to his self-guided itineraries, we were well taken care of. We enjoyed all three of the hotels we were in (even though we had a lower budget), and especially enjoyed the street food vendors that Brandyn told us about. It felt like he was there every part of the day and we truly enjoyed working with him!

Brandyn was there for us, without a doubt. Being the first time booking with a true “travel agent” it was very unfamiliar to have someone at your side to go to bat for you and do what he could to make the trip seamless and worry free for us. I was really overwhelmed dealing with my wedding plans and I reached out to Brandyn as I wasn't really sure where to go or what to do. He really goes above and beyond in customer service!.

This was our first time using a travel agent as I'm a control freak and have always planned our family vacations, but since we were going to two cities on both of the islands I decided I better get some help. Brandyn helped us find 2 great hotels, booked our flights, travel insurance and also booked our excursions. He was quick to respond to any questions and all the planning was done very quickly. Before our trip, we downloaded their app which had all of our travel details and it kept us organized by knowing what our plan was for each day. The trip went perfectly as planned!

Brandyn’s diligence to keep the group organized and informed during every stage of planning was welcome assistance and essential to an unforgettable experience. He took the pressure off of each of us by researching, recommending and scheduling the “must-do’s” as well as providing an honest opinion on which activities may not be the best spend of our time and money. He is polite, professional and after a bucket list trip that lived up to the hype, he is now a friend. My trip to Peru exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 10. Everything went according to schedule. The guides were personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. From Lima to Cusco, to the town of Ollantaytambo, to the site itself, the whole experience was nothing short of magical. The Ccaccaccollo Community and Women's Weaving. Cuyo Chico pottery making, Sacred Valley tour, and Chocolate factory, were all enjoyable. The Inka trail was the highlight for all of us coming through the Sun Gate to see Machu Picchu. Words and pictures don't do the place justice. Machu Picchu was incredible especially after hiking 3 days. Enjoyed every moment. What an experience! The food was amazing but I didn't dare to try the famous Guinea Pig. You should definitely add to your bucket list.
