She sent us quotes the same day that we requested them, made booking a breeze, booked excursions for us, helped us find COVID testing sites, and even helped upload all of our required travel documents! Becca was beyond excellent when helping us with all stages of our vacation. In the beginning stages of figuring out where to go she gave us multitudes of options spanning across different locations, types of vacation and price points. She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for in our family vacation and found the perfect place for us to go. Traveling with a group of 9 sounds exciting, but when it comes to planning and coordinating every detail, it can quickly become overwhelming. Thankfully, Becca made the entire process completely seamless. From flights and accommodations to transfers, every detail of our trip to Punta Cana was handled for us and neatly laid out in detail. Never cruising before - it felt overwhelming deciding between ships - rooms and everything else. We chatted with Becca - her being on every ship and cruise herself - Showing us actual videos of the rooms. - that helped so much with making the right decision. Loved our trip.

Despite some early hiccups, we had a wonderful time! The hiccups were no fault of hers but she went above and beyond to make things right. She’s always available and answers all questions in a way I understood.

We just returned from our first family trip to Walt Disney World, and I couldn’t have done it without Becca’s help! She was wonderful to work with, to say the least! We settled on Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia and from there she was able to help us plan all of our excursions and flights. We wanted to spend a few days in Miami before travelling to St. Lucia and she was also able to help us plan and book this add on. She took care of everything including compiling all of the necessary documents needed for travel, COVID information, flight and shuttle information, a complete itinerary, and all of the resort amenities. She even reminded us when we needed to get our COVID tests to travel and immediately answered questions we had during travel/our stay at the resort. Becca planned an AMAZING girls trip for us. She put together a brilliant itinerary which hit all of Nola’s highlights and reflected the interests of everyone in the group.
