Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with and we have used her for multiple trips now! I consider myself very detail oriented and was completely clueless about Disney! She was knowledgeable about every single question I had and was even able to help me narrow down what we would like best! Jessica was amazing!! She worked with me to ensure my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids under age 3) had everything perfect for our DisneyWorld vacation. She took care of our flights and parks changes due to the last minute weather inclement. I had no worries on the trip because Jessica took care of everything. My 3 year old grandkids still talk about the trip and want to go back again. I will definitely be using Jessica for the next Disney trip.

Jessica is always available! She answers every question. She provides excellent customer service. She is so responsive. I will not plan another trip without Jessica. She listens to my needs and stays within my budget. My last trip she did for me during Hurricane Nicole - and she was reassuring and helpful in making some adjustments in our plans.

My family and I love using Jessica for our trips. From Disney World, to Universal, to a tropical getaway Jessica has always been our go to. We love that we can tell her what we are wanting to do with a budget in mind and she makes it happen every time. Our vacations are much more enjoyable without the hustle and bustle of planning and scheduling on our own. Even during our trips when things seem to go sideways (my husband loses his phone/wallet or our flights are delayed/canceled) and we are at a loss on what to do, Jessica is there to answer all questions and help us work through any issues that arise.
