Janice makes fantastic suggestions on the vacation I am interested in and takes care of all of the details to provide the best travel experience from the moment we leave home until we return again. From the hotel suggestions to cruise line and itinerary to hotel selections and flight options, Janice took all of the guessing out of my vacation planning. We had the best time.

Janice was easy to talk to and very responsive to all our needs in a timely manner, Our accommodations were all very good and the transfers were easy and seamless. She had to do a lot of this trip twice as a result of Covid and was very good at protecting our payments by getting refunds the first time which all had to be cancelled.
